Order placed with excellent communication until payment was received at which point all communication ceased and order not received. Multiple follow-ups have been ignored. Do not order with them.

Ordered items - never received. Clearly they are having some fairly serious problems and I wish I checked Trust Pilot before using them. Best to avoid.

I wish I had checked here before ordering. My organization had ordered from them in years prior without incident. When I sent in an RFP, there was silence which I found strange. Sarah appeared just as I was getting in the weeds with other vendors. Assuming a previous vendor would be the path of least resistance, we moved ahead getting quotes on items. The communication was sporadic and at one point prior to ordering, Sarah was completely MIA. I tried calling and the number was out of service. I panicked and was literally about to place an order with a different company when she resurfaced. I don't know why - maybe I liked some of the items better - but went ahead with OB. Sarah assured me all was well as she had been out with a personal emergency, and apologized. I was uneasy because in any business, if you are out of office you either set an auto-reply or have someone cover you - it just can't be a total void.

Over the next few weeks our items started arriving, but one of items never did. We had ordered a variety of things for a client event, and one had likely been mislabeled as it did not arrive until days after the event. I was told it had been refused 3 times, even though it was meant to be delivered to a managed office like all the others - someone's mistake on the OB or factory side. While I was trying to locate our missing items - absolute silence again. Sarah disappeared for probably 10 days and resurfaced with more excuses of a personal nature (and no answer on our items). I sent multiple requests for some sort of compensation to her and to the "info"email - absolutely ignored. I'm amazed we got anything at all from reading these other reviews, sounds like I should count myself lucky. But please beware this company is not what it used to be and should be avoided - there are other vendors and this risk isn't worth it.

Don't for gods sake do any work with this company, now trading as Sandy Branding, but Still going as Outstanding Branding too ? go figure ? Sarah Penn/ Massey and Andy thorn, what a team, let the company go into liquidation at the beginning of the year, owing me over £2000 , I had only just started up on my own, I begged for payment but no joy, and knowing they were going into liquidation they still tried to order £1700 worth of awards of me 13/01/2021 they had set there other company up already???? .
Sandy Branding - Outstanding Branding one of the same and run by the same 2 people, don not trust them if you do always get payment upfront .

DO NOT USE. Paid for an order via their proforma invoice and it's never turned up.
Tried calling and number tells me the business is in administration. Really concerned the website is still up and running.

Scumbags. They were more than happy to take on a substantial order from my employers knowing full well they would never order the stock. After placing the order they proceeded to ignore all our attempts at communication with them. It was only after a month of chasing that we found out they have now gone into voluntary liquidation and have used our order money to pay off a substantial debt. Somehow these cowboys are still trading. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

If I could give minus stars I would! They took a huge proforma payment from us with no intention of sourcing the goods. They left us without any information for weeks, then when I went to the manufacturer they confirmed Outstanding Branding Ltd hadn't placed an order with them. Instead, Outstanding Branding Ltd paid off some debts with our money and went into voluntary liquidation. They've since abandoned the voluntary liquidation (as it was going to throw up some very serious issues for the directors) and are miraculously continuing to trade probably until a group of debtors forces a winding up notice on them. They won't respond to emails or calls (they use a remote outsourced reception service so you never get put through). Basically avoid unless you want to donate money to some very unscrupulous 'business' people.

Very good customer service, the product arrived on time and according to the specifications requested.

The products on the website don't seem to be what's actually in stock, which is a bit of a pain when trying to order something quickly. Also, we ordered some branded metal torch keyrings which were lovely, but then part of the logo is already scratched off the torch after a couple of weeks use.

Ordered 250 phone holders as giveaways for a trade show.
We weren't certain on whether the phone holder would be suitable for all phone types, but they sent us through a sample within 1 day at no cost or hassle.
The office team were really helpful and checked in every step of the way.
