I love my new boots, very comfortable and soft, I order the first size 37 but they were a little bit tight, then I order size 38 and they fit me perfectly, the delivery was very quick.

DO NOT BUY, THIS IS A SCAMMER WEBSITE AND I AM PROVING IT BELOW.

They LIE about price reduction, this shoe i'm about to show you have been priced 1100-1400 on average since 27th of october last year. They claim they have 40% off on black friday with 1139nok.

Look it up and be careful a s they try to scam you.

Faulty products sent. Returned at the companies request. 6 weeks later still waiting on a refund/repair/replacement/any sort of proper communication

I had to re-order as I mistakenly ordered too small a backpack for my back. The return by Budbee was quick and easy and the right size showed up just a few days after I sent the small one.

Ordered boots on thursday didn't and didn't got any invoice till next Monday in between I have send an email to customer service didn't look anywhere is it a legitimate site until I already ordered my mistake and also I was a little worried when reed comments here but the company except that thing with invoice was very professional and on tuesday after 3 working days I got order and I am happy with new boots

It is really good quality but in my opinion it is tight for it's size. XXXL should be bigger than this

It is impossible to shop on the Outnorth Web shop for the holiday in Sweden, if you are a tourist and not a Swedish resident.
This is a consequence of the Klarna payment system that requires a credit check even if you are paying directly with credit card or bank transfer.
I have a summer house and a forest in Sweden, and for many years I have ordered the sports equipment and clothes used during the holiday from Outnorth so they are there when we arrive. Now I will have to rent a car, travel to a shop 1,5 hours away and buy what I need.
Wonder if Outnorth are aware of this consequence of using the Klarna system?

Withheld money of a refund for 20 (!) days. 20 days is too much – it wasn't a small sum.

They sent out a mail that my order is shipped, 2 days later and it's still not shipped as it can't be tracked.

Bought a rucksack. Had it delivered 7 days later. No problems. Would use this store again.

The delivery was super fast and my mom loved the jacket, and for that I ordered a new jacket for myself today, I definitely recommend.

Everything started from order that never was sent to me, notification wasnt sent either. Next time half of the order just disappeared, and everything right before vacation, that led to another shop. Now from returned items they remove only one and update invoice to pay for other items that i have returned in that same package. Overall i have only bad expirience with this seller. I gave it a try but this is the last one.

The phone line was even disabled so no more calls could make it in...

Dear outnorth.se, if you are so busy dispatching orders and dealing with your workload maybe you should consider hiring more people.I don't even have a chance of cancelling my order to get my money back...
