Bought a helmet with recommended pinlock, which doesnt fit that helmet, support is useless. Next time will use another shop.

I read all the bad reviews after i ordered from them so i was really scared, i ordered a helmet and a tinted visor. I got my package within 5 working days, everything was good and they even gave me a pinlock with the visor. Dont know if i got lucky but im certainly happy and will buy from them again.

I spent lot over 200 Dollors on boots they were to small a the way they have it set up you have to pay over one hundred Dollors to get it back to them so I am out over three Hundred !

Don't buy nothing from this seller....scam 😡🤬copy not original product...

After reading many bad reviews i was a little bit worried about my order @motooutleteu !i usually like to support my local stores,but due to the insane corona measures in germany i bought it online(what i really dont like)
But my experience was good!they had the best price i could find! took not even one week till i received my helmet!
Its not a fake product,and there are no damages!
In my opinion its safe to order there!

Super Shop i have get the parcel after 10 Days and the price war on blackfriday really good i have saved over 100€. i can't tell something bad about the shop.thank you very much i will defentley order again when found something with good discount price.
Der Shop ist top die Ware kam zwar erst nach 10 Tagen an,aber die Stiefel sind wirklich top habe mindestens 100€ gespart,okay der Kauf war an blackfriday, trotzdem top Shop kann nichts negatives sagen werde wieder was bestellen wenn es eine aktion gibt.

Ordered a Scorpion ADX-1 Grey Battleflage from Outletmoto 15th October 2020 for £201. From this point there was 0% communication and no information on tracking or dispatch information. I emailed them several times and just got jibberjabber in italian which meant nothing and had me very concerned that I'd been ripped off. Eventually I received a text message from the DPD Ireland courier to say that my package would be delivered that day 21.10.2020. When I opened the package I found that the helmet did not appear to be new and had a large tear in the mesh chin cover and the rear right side air vent cover was totally detached. The inside of the box, leaflets and accessories were also dirty. Thankfully the helmet was a reasonable price as they are discontinued and hard to find in my size. But I was still left feeling abit sore and would never make a large purchase with them again.

After reading some reviews I have to share my opinion.
I ordered Alpinestar Monster Jacket which regular price was 220-230£.
I bought it from outletmoto.eu for 129£ including delivery. Item is in great condition, new with all tags. Delivered by DPD within a few days. So yes I’m very satisfied. Definitely I would recommend and also will buy again.

I ordered items (2 helmets, jacket, troursers, gloves, boots) on 17/07/2020, paid by paypal(€) and received on 31/07/2020 as promised in the order. It took 10 working days from Italy to Slovakia. Everything was well packed and items were as described. Quick and easy to deal with this company.

Spotted a Dainese Mig Tex-Leather Jacket at Outletmoto.eu for £197+shipping. Thought it was a good enough price so I Purchased it.
Received an e-mail detailing the order £197+£12 = £211. I Transferred the money from my bank directly to Outletmoto.eu's account (via SEPA bank transfer). I later realised a SEPA bank transfer will only be accepted if the currency is € (which I did not know), for this, my bank charged me a shameful amount (my fault, not Outletmoto's).
Regardless, I received an e-mail informing me the payment had been received but that the amount was short (too few £) and as such, there would be no shipping of the item. I enquired Outletmoto.eu regarding this. What was the amount that was due, why there is a discrepancy between the amount I bought the jacket for and that was conveyed to me via e-mail and the amount on my "my order's" page at outletmoto.eu website. In the website, the amount due is 236€+15€ shipping, I should point out at this point, that 236€ is £211; so naturally, Outletmoto.eu is trying to charge for shipping twice.
And maybe most important of all, what amount was received (from my transfer)?
In the end I decided not purchase the jacket and asked for a refund. Had to inquire about the refund a second time for the transfer to be made, a week later.
In the end I received 215€, which is a total loss of 50€...

Since Outletmoto.eu failed to tell me exactly what amount I was supposed to pay and what amount was received, I cannot ascertain whether Outletmoto expected me to pay £211 (236€) or pay for shipping twice by paying 251€...
If Outletmoto received 236€ as I believe they did, they should have simply shipped my jacket.

All in all, I do not trust this store. After several weeks and many e-mails exchanged, they refused to answer my questions, and are therefore not untrustworthy.

Low communication,i recieved items after 4 weeks.

All this company does is steal money, I bought a product from them worth £150, after 2 weeks they said to me its not in stock and refunded me £130!?!?! they stole £20 from me and now they dont reply to my messages for over a month
