Damaged and not repaired
I was not expecting any minor defects to be still there and not repaired. Are customers expected to make the repairs themselves? websites states: “The tent is a second-grade tent and has been used either indoors or outdoors. The tent may have had some minor defects that we have repaired.”

Great product, poor checkout, slow and confusing delivery experience
Picked up a carpet to fit my tent. Easy to choose product and delivery was ok if a little slow from Denmark to UK. Checkout took me a couple of attempts as it failed a couple of times with server errors but the support were helpful in checking I hadn’t been overcharged. Only other gripe was that I couldn’t check delivery on the courier status page as it didn’t accept the details on my order 🤦♂️

Speedy supply of Outwell parts.
Outlet Camping is an online store specialising in OASE products from Robens and Outwell. I was able to obtain a NOS footprint for my discontinued Rosedale 4PA at a very good price. My only gripe would be the HUGE box it was sent in from Denmark to the UK, complete with eco packaging, when a large envelope would have sufficed.
The tracking info was not recognised by the website.

Item never arrived
My item did not arrive and was lost in post, they confirmed it was delivered so have a nice day. I then decided to take it up with the delivery company,
I don't agree I should have to take it up with the delivery company but I did, Delivery company told me to take it up with supplier. Had to purchase another item elsewhere, Royal Mail eventually found item 🤦♂️
