If you want old fashioned customer service and support then this is where you will find it. Just an excellent service from this company. Maybe it's because they have specialist retail outlets staffed by enthusiasts and face to face with customers, not just an internet company.

I have been buying a lot of outdoor gear from this shop in Llanberis, and thoroughly recommend. They sell many different brands, and I have bought Paramo, Fjallraven, Craghopper, Merrell, Hanwag, and other bits and pieces, and prices are competitive. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Brilliant customer service, bought my 2nd pair of Gri-sport contractor work boots which turned out to have a manufacture fault to which Outdoorwales (Bryn) did a fantastic job of recognising the fault and sending out a new pair which are very comfortable straight out of the box and into work. Thank you I will be back.

I had bought a garment which after seven months of light use have developed a fault - poor workmanship. I contacted the seller on three occasions to claim on the item's lifetime guarantee. To no avail. Outdoorwales would not even acknowledged my emails, never mind would it respect the warranty, of course. So much for customer support. Disgraceful! First to take your money although. Another company which wouldn't care less : "Pay and Go away" should become their little motto.
