My wife and I were employee's of outback on jones creek for almost a decade of loyal service. They gave us no warning, no solution for another job, and closed abruptly in our face. Dale rocketed im talking to yiu when I say you will reap what you sow. Dale is the money hungry , greedy, zero empathetic j.v.p. pf blooming brands company. Getti g unemployment is impossible because a the red tape, and this is how he does loyal employee's. An "im sorry" doesn't work with the light company Dale rockette. An im sorry doesn't put food on my table when my wife and I put that restaurant before our anniversary, birthdays, and mothers days. From the bottom of my heart,Dale rockette, I hope you lose everything and the same happens to you. I was blessed with another job by a REAL chef but my wife was not. Think about who your giving your money to when you guys go eat put at outback steakhouse. ​​ have the day you deserve dale

I ordered 2 steak dinners for pickup

I ordered 2 steak dinners for pickup. Steaks were cold, my husband couldn't even chew his and he got it medium. Salad and dressing warm. No bread and extra goodies for the baked potato. The only thing good was the carrot cake. For 76.00 I expected a better dinner and I was told everything was checked and I tipped the guy that brought it out. So he didn't check anything.

I will give one star cause I have to pick one! I DoorDashed my orders and like always they forget several items of my order !! Why????????????????????????? Can you not read!!!!!! And this is really a problem!!!! Cause if I went into this restaurant and had dinner but could not pay so they would call the cops so this is what I want to do cause every time they forgot items and barley fills the cups up all the way! Terrible it makes me mad cause this shit is expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even worth what I get!!!! And only one loaf of bread!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are talking 150.00 is the total what I spent!!!!!!!!!One little loaf!! Come on Outback get your shit together or close your business and quit ripping people off!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service

I placed a curbside pickup order; I was in the right place and time when I arrived. I went in since no one acknowledged me. The whole experience was bizarre and when I called to explain the situation to the MOD, he was rude and condescending and basically asked what he should do. He should train employees better and I could understand if the place was crowded, however only two people in restaurant and another employee on the phone watching TV. I wanted nothing more than I paid for but got a horrible product instead and a nasty attitied.

Our visit on Saturday, October 4, 2025, was an absolute disgrace. What should have been a joyful dinner-celebrating Mercy's return from the Philippines and Joe's first meal out after six months-turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.
Joe's ribeye, ordered medium with mashed potatoes and broccoli, arrived as an inedible, salt-drenched disaster. How a kitchen could send out such an over-salted steak is beyond comprehension. The lack of quality control was glaring, and the indifference from management only made matters worse.
Not long ago, Joe praised former manager Josh for his professionalism and consistent quality, and Mercy had always spoken highly of the food's balance and flavor. Under Josh, standards were high. On this visit-under current leadership-those standards collapsed completely.
So disappointing was the experience that Joe, normally a generous tipper, left only $2 as a silent protest. We spent $67.16 expecting a meal worthy of the occasion, but left feeling cheated and disrespected.
This location has lost two loyal customers forever. From now on, we'll gladly drive 40 minutes to the Greensboro Outback on Westover Terrace-where our friend Josh manages and guests are treated with respect, care, and pride in service.

Dont ever blame your server, we still tipped 25%

First ,I want to say that Caitlyn our server was a 10. She was friendly and always had a smile on her face. I took my wife to the Oakhurst location to celebrate our 33rd year together. THE BLOOMIN ONION was great as always. However both my wifes steak and my prime rib were way over cooked. My wife ordered rare ,came to table medium. I ordered my prime rib very rare and again medium. Caitlyn was very busy but she wanted to replace the order,but I was on a tight schedule. Your bartender did know what a dry martini was. I had to send that back and it was corrected. This was maybe the 6th time we have been to outback ,and was usually quite happy. I hope to try again soon

Everyone was Awesome

Everyone was Awesome !
We usually order take out and Jacilyn and ask for her every time we pick up the order .
Tonight we dined in and Andrew did a absolutely amazing job and not only delivered great customer service but also took time to just listen to our life stories and unnecessary chit chat definitely a great listener and had always smiled politely , My son really enjoyed talking with him . Andrew really made a impression and it was a pleasure be served my such a wonderful person . it is because of Andrew and the bartenders tonight and jocelyn and the young man that usually work take out that we continue to come back ! The hole team deserves to be awarded for such a great team effort that is displayed every single time . Very Great full for all that everyone does !

Great Food and Wonderful Service

We had a great time at this Outback Steakhouse. Parking is easy and free. It is in a very nice location and it is spotless inside and out. We just loved it.

The place is comfortable and it is super cute. You will love the service. They really go out of their way to make sure you have all you need. The staff is nice and you don't feel rushed there. It is just a really calming place to be.

The food we had was excellent. All our steaks were cooked perfectly and they were very good. We love the sides. Their onion rings are super and we love their mashed potatoes. They also have wonderful salads and some nice vegetables to go with your meal. Their desserts are great.

We will be back whenever we are in the area.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! A group of us went to dinner to celebrate 3 birthdays on 8/9/3025. I asked the manager if they can sing Happy Birthday and bring out ice cream before we paid for the dinner.
The manager said sure. We also informed our waitress of this. Before we finished our dinnerso, I again reminded the manager. When we finished our dinner, I guess the manager forgot to have the ice cream brought out and no celebration song. I told the waitress to forget about it now that we were all ready to leave. This ruined my surprise for my friends. The manager should not have forgotten such an important request. After this dibocal we will not be returning to Outback and this review will be posted on all social networks!!

PRICES ARE NOT WORTH WHAT YOU GET

NEED AN INSPECTION PEST CONTROL

My family and i went to the Waco Tx location last night and as it started off ok i noticed something floating in my ice tea. I asked for another drink with new glass. When or food arrived my daughters food was wrong we ask for chicken and shrimp pasta they had to send it back and remake it. As us others started to eat a roach crawled out on our table. As you should know we were done and ask for our check. Even though the manager comp our daughters food it still wasn't enough. We all are sick now. This place needs a inspection.

We were with our friends and we told…

We were with our friends and we both told the waitress to split the bill. We got our salads and I got my chili which was not even warm so I ask to get them to warm it. I had my salad almost done before the waitress came back and I ask her where my chili was. She finally came back with it. My husband had the blooming burger deal and he asked for ketchup three times from three different people before he got it. I reminded the waitress that he also got dessert with his meal and she ask him if he wanted chocolate or raspberry. He told her he wanted raspberry and he ended up with chocolate. Then when I looked at the bill on the machine it was not split between my friends and us, so we told her about it and she said no one told her that the bill should be split. So when she split it, she took my gift cards and charged my bill to my gift cards and I went to her to stop her because she charged my friend's sweet tea on my bill and she said she could not fix it. The waitress told us she had worked there 6 years, I think it was 6 years too many. Her name was Valerie G. This happened at the Carolina Forest Outback Steakhouse in Myrtle Beach, SC. I would like to speak to the manager from this restaurant. He may call me at (717)712-2478.

Golden Outback Steakhouse is the best…

Golden Outback Steakhouse is the best one around! I give their staff and their food 10 Stars! I love their New 15 oz Del Monico Ribeye. I couldn't believe how tender it was, it literally melted in my mouth. The store and its staff puts out such a welcoming vibe, and really seems to love their jobs.

Horrible

We ordered 2 bowls of potato soup, 2 garden salads, and Shrimp on the Barbie. The Shrimp on the Barbie was good but the rest was horrible. The salads were hot, mushy, and the croutons were stale. The Potato Soup was nothing but a greasy, cheesy mess. We normally order from Outback and they are good. Don’t know what happened tonight.

We went to the Out Back restaurant in…Rose is absolutely amazing!

We went to the Out Back restaurant in Palmdale ca. We were celebrating our niece's birthday. We were a party of 15 and we're blessed to have Rose for our server. We had 3 kid's under the age of 5. Rose was absolutely amazing!! She went so far out of her way to see to everyone needs. Our dinner was perfect!! Rose made the evening feel like we were at home and she was so happy to take care of all of us, she was always one step ahead. We can't wait to go back and we will definitely be asking for Rose!!

poor experience

Tables booked for 3 at 5:30pm Saturday.

Greeted well and shown to table. Service for drinks then food was fine.

However when food was served despite waiter confirming order, the kitchen missed my wife's meal. By the time it was brought to the table it was 20 minutes after my order and my sons had arrived.

I ordered a 400g ribeye, medium rare, however was well done.

My sons steak as a child portion was beyond well done and just a dry piece of meat that he wouldn't eat.

In addition, when brining the food they asked if we wanted anything else, I ordered another drink and after 15 minutes nothing came. I ordered again and q0 minutes later at the end of our meal the drink came.

What were really simple parts of eating out in a restaurant failed and made the $180 bill a painful experience.

It was so hard just to try and order items, I didn't have the energy or time in me to wait and make a complaint.

No need for restaurant to reply to this, a sorry blah blah blah, won't fix our first and only experience of this place

I haven’t had a steak in years

I haven’t had a steak in years. I went there for my birthday with other people. I got the petite filet mignon. It was well done and flat and looked like a hamburger on TV. Their fillet is like three or 4 inches high. This was not even half that I can’t believe That they have steaks that often in such a nice restaurant as far as I’m concerned they should get rid of the 6 ounce fillet because it’s nothing but a hamburger and they should have just the 8 ounce flavor maybe is higher. I don’t know, but I was unhappy with the steak. For some reason, there were three of us, but we got like eight bills eight receipts. I don’t know what happened. It just was not a pleasant experience. I’m very disappointed. I ordered medium/pink.
