I enjoy working at this company. The management in the office is reliable.

its indeed true about otto taking money from you but not entirely as people say they dont just take it for no reason there its always a reason and a warning before it all starts so its okay , indeed its all based on your manager not them , your entire experience its based on what they send you to , other than that you go work you get paid its quite fair , they indeed take care of you if you are serious and it will listen to your requests like changing acomodation and stuff , so far otto its a fair job agency , not the best thats for sure but not the worst , it is stable if u are stable mentally to learn for once in life about contracts mistakes and etc , no agency will just steal your money for no reason the reason people say that its mostly cuz they dont read any rules any contract or anything they just want job then they scream that its unfair , overall 7/10 for now ... its still ongoing contract curently at 4th month

Im happy to work with otto because they help me to bring my wife to work here ...the moust important is about they ar serious about payment,acomodation and the staff is very pro

Good experience with OTTO Work Force overall. The recruitment process was fast, accommodation was arranged quickly, and salary payments were always on time. The coordinators were helpful and the work opportunities were consistent. A good option for people looking to work abroad.

I had a great experience working for otto. I understand that for some it wasn’t that way, but at the same time, I don’t think it’s always otto’s fault. Any problems I had, they were met with care and support. Operations managers are spot on, especially B.B( cheers big man). Acomodations are good, depending where you work , and if you have your own transport or not. Overall, I had a good time working with OTTO, and if I’ll ever consider coming back to the Netherlands, I will 100% chose them again.

I would have given 7/10, but I gave 8 with indulgence.

The recruitment process was smooth, direct and didn't take so long. The recruiters helped me to navigate through some opportunities that could fit my expectations. Also, they helped me with transport and with some of the employer's requirements.

Besides these, more information would have been useful to have at that moment, such as working environment, accommodation's facilities and colleagues. For example, it would have been wonderful to know if the company is looking for people all around the world, or just for people in some countries. The same would have been with accomodation colleagues. Moreover, a more proper description would have been nice to have. Sure, it can be found on the internet, but I would have wanted to know more at that moment in a more directly manner. Also, facilities are also present, but should also be described more properly.

Nonetheless, they offered us transportation, a pretty good job and they were correct with the salaries.

Overall, it is a good place to work within, but can be done some improvements.

Well, I forgot about the favouritism, which is practiced a lot. Also, the ignorance is present, even if reviews are done frequently. I will drop it to 4. I think it is more fair this one.

Everything is good!

I spoke to coordinators at my job and one is not answering and the other person said that he put us on the list to move our accommodation, I think that no move will happen. I said that we do not get along with the accommodation colleagues and those at the reception, quiet hours are not respected, one of them sleeps in the kitchen, another person has taken all the cutlery in the kitchen. No one wants to help us with our problem. At work everything is ok, but on the accommodation side, it is horror

I think I got a good training with the buddy’s , every time when I was not sure about something the team leaders or some nice workers helped, the job is easy, sometimes the I don’t care workers are the problem they not really paying attention to another person or the safety. The office was always helpful and nice they always helped. The team leaders are also very nice and helpful except one but it not really a problem. The food on the morning shift it nice and the afternoon shift it not always the best but the yogurt saves it.

Until now I didn't had any problems.
The house ( due to Otto's collaboration with Kafra) is good, I stayed in 3 houses until now and all 3 had pretty locations and clean.
The salary comes every week at the same hour. Didn't had any issues with that.

Very pleased with the service given to me from Otto.
