disappointing experience with OTTICASM. I do not recommend buying anything from them under any circumstances!
After five months of waiting for a package that never arrived, and several complaints without receiving a clear response, OTTICASM claimed the package had been delivered, which turned out to be a lie.
The company is washing its hands of the situation and blaming the shipping company!
Buyers should be aware of the risk of not receiving their goods and not getting their money back!
That's how OttcaSm operates!
Deception! Fraud!
Reviews like these about their work will finally undermine their credibility!
And they'll close up shop!

Very disappointing experience with Ottica SM.

It took numerous messages and constant follow-ups just to get any action on my order. While I understand that issues with DPD can happen and may be outside their direct control, the handling on their side was slow and required far too much effort from me as a customer.

I could have accepted the situation if the refund had been processed promptly, but even that was delayed.

Overall, this turned into a very poor customer experience.

But better luck next time. Their prices are top tier for genuine glasses.

Poor service; the product hasn't arrived in over 20 days and customer service isn't responding.

Orders ID 200061739 and 100356550 returned to the sender.
200062144 were not in stock. The customer support team emailed me and said that they will refund the payment within 25-30 days.
But I have not received the refund payment.
Otticasm team not replying to my email or WhatsApp chat.
All 3 orders, I am waiting for the refund payment.
I suggest that another buyer only pay with PayPal.
If you payment credit card, they will not refund your payment.
I think they have a fake Trustpilot review team.

Fast delivery

Delivery was a bit slow but otherwise good experience

Of my 6 orders to the site OtticaSM - only 2 have been received. The other 4 orders went into dispute with my credit card company because Ottica SM simply never shipped the product I paid them for.

They will give various excuses but the result is, OtticaSM do not ship the product you pay for and they hope you forget or have admin issues getting your money back from them. They take orders, only for them to sit in "processing" status for weeks, with no response until you report the transaction to Visa. Then suddenly this repugnant turd has all the time in the world to send you rude and insulting messages....as a lowlife criminal would.

That being said, he sure as hell makes sure to have billed your card and received his full payment, months ago.

This may be a credit card processing ponzi scheme, or some sort of inventory, stolen goods or grey market scam - but of my last 3 orders, none of them have shipped after 3 weeks. The owner even had the nerve to claim it was a "Holiday in Italy"....but now this clown responds to my review that it is FedEx that is the problem....even though FedEx has to actually get a waybill for them to be responsible for any delay....ffs....this scam artist must have a mental handicap. Or think we do.

Net is....Your chances of getting your glasses, helmet or much else - is less than 1 in 3.

Avoid this guy like the plague. The 10% savings are not worth all the hassle, time and credit card disputes you have to file when he refuses to ship product you have already paid for in advance.

Excellent service and, most importantly, support. The manager was in touch every day before my purchase. They shipped within 7 days. The entire delivery took about 10 days. The store's prices are among the best!
