this is a scam. My parents booked tickets via one of their partner, the money was paid but no airticket was issued. The airflight doesn't provide information with their booking code and the company does not respond to our emails, phones etc. BE CAREFUL THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I booked flights. No confirmation email. No possibility to email. Tried 3 different tel. Numbers before finally getting a woman on the phone. She claimed i had not recd confirmation as the booking had still to be made with the airline. Claimed i would get the confirmation within 72 hrs, and she hung up. I tried calling again but number, like the rest, is out of service all of a sudden. I called my bank, serms I am or the first to be duped by this company. Police refuse to file report as they say its not their territory. DO NOT use any online websites affiliated with OTRAVO.NL or this bank account nr : NL39ABNA0513122680

I paid for Swoop flight tickets on-line. Our flight was cancelled and with much effort on my part, Swoop agreed to refund us for the cancelled flight. The problem is that I booked with an on-line third party which was Otravo who took the money I paid for the flight and then paid Swoop with their credit card at a lesser rate than I paid. They keep the extra money. Also my cancelled flight refund was sent to Otravo because that was the credit card they used to pay Swoop. Swoop will not give me the refund because they refund the credit card that was used to pay. Unsurprisingly I have not heard from Otravo to give us our refunded money.

horrible. Paied money and Booked the ticket (I thought so) for the ticket that did not exist. Now trying to get them but they are not responding. It is 100% SCAM.

On May 28, 2022, I made the purchase of two plane tickets for a business trip. I entered my information and received a confirmation email an hour later, they told me that it was canceled and I ask for my refund is been 13 day and there is no sign of anyone taking care the amount was 300 dlls

They refuse to give you a refund after they cancel and eventually they block all communication. They just take your money and run with it. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THEM

Stay away from Otravo. I used one of their websites/services, Travelgenio, and had a terrible experience dealing with them. I needed to change my flights due to Covid and no one was able to help after many, many hours on the phone and email trying to do so. I was eventually told my ticket would be fully refunded, and of course it was denied by the company they outsource the refund process to, Refundable.me (also stay very far away from them, it seems like a scam of some kind). Why would you outsource the refund process when the purchase and all the customer interactions are with a different company? Anyway I was lied to after many hours of trying to change flights. Do not use this company or any of their subsidiaries

Otravo Madrid is the company that takes the money you pay for flight tickets and insurance. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK, even if one passanger is hospitalized with pneumonia due to covid before flight and you have proof. I bought 2 tickets + insurance from VliegTickets. The money is paid to OtravoMadrid AMT.
I flew with a ticket purchased from them, but my friend became ill with pneumonia due to covid. Despite hospital proofs submitted with a website that was designed NOT to work, they will NEVER REFUND THE MONEY. CHARLATANS!!!! Good-bye 500 euro. They sell "insurance", or false assurances, and they never pay. I feel sorry for the staff that work for them. This is why their insurance DOES NOT have a phone number. Report them to CONSUMER PROTECTION.

I booked a flight with this company for Ryanair, they yook an extra £50 over and above the cost of my flights and had this confirmed by Ryanair.

Cheaters! Be careful. I never received my tickets. Not possible to contact them. Otravo or trip monster they are using different names to cheat people and they are doing this every day! How it’s possible?

Booked a flight through them and the flight was not even booked they took my money and now keep cutting me off qhen I ring for my refund.no one is answering my emails. I paid for a flight I didn't get

I am a 67-year-old pensioner. I scraped together the money to book my flight with Virgin Airlines through Travel2Be, supposedly operated by Delta. I was booked on a flight that required me to change my plane in the US on my way to the Caribbean. At the airport, I was denied boarding by Virgin operators and told the US no longer allows anyone to transit in the US unless they hold a US passport or Greencard (nothing else). I was told by Virgin staff to call the travel agents - who turned out to be a company I was not aware of called Otravo - and ask to be re-routed or get my money back or rebook my flight. Almost a month later I still cannot get any contact with this Otravo or Travel2Be. Virgin has not satisfactorily confirmed that this rule exists. They have referred me to several other sources such as IATA, Atol, etc. to get help getting my money back, but to date, I have got nowhere with any of these sources. Otravo evenually responded witth an automatic one line email claiming that I am not entitled to a refund because of airline policy. This is the only contact I have had from them. It is looking as if over a month of my small pension has been stolen by these airlines and booking agents.
I just don't know what to do or where to turn next, all my plans have been thwarted and I am feeling so depressed. Is there no protection for consumers anymore?

Do not buy at Otravo or Tripmonster - they charge you twice and claims to not know anything about it, so you have to take it via your bank to get it fixed. which cost money and time. Worst service I've ever experienced

They deliberately create buggs on their website TripMonster which will make you book the same tickets twice or more and after, there is NO POSSIBLE REFUND!
This is my experience where I've end up with 3 tickets on hand!

Lets start an investigation inti this company and its partners Tripmonster.Warning do not deal with this company or any of its associates. Its impossible to talk to them. Once they have your money say goodbye to it. Tried on numersous ocassions to speak to them. Impossible.

Worst company ever, will never book with them or any of their other companies (like schipholtickets, travel genio, wtc). They will not provide you with any information or service and you can spend all your spare time thinking about if you ever get your money back (answer is probably not).

I mailed Otravo a several times, and I received no answer....

I booked a trip to Egypt, and because of COVID-19, the trip was cancelled....

Otravo is owner of more than 9 online travel agencies.
7 out of 9 of their travel agencies had a rating between Very Bad and Bad
2 out of 9 have a rating between Average - Good.

Their customer service is unreachable. They are ignoring refund requests. According to the European laws we are entitled to receive a refund.

I tried contacting them well over 25 times, i filled in more than 4 contactforms.
