I tried booking a return trip to Heathrow, giving over 48 hours notice. No reply despite chasing! Then I read the other reviews on this site and quit while I was ahead!

Booked a cab in advance for staff and service users to be collected from Gatwick Airport at 12.30am, cab did not turn up and we received an email the following day at 1.30am with an apology saying that no cars were available!
Waste of time adding contact details on the booking form, as no one contacted us to let us know that they had no cars available, which meant that we were not given the chance to make alternative arrangements, which left staff in a bad position of trying to arrange a way home for themselves and service users at 12.30am in the morning.

My car turned up 6min early and was happy to wait for me.
Driver was good and I was very happy with the service.
Glad I booked despite so off reviews on here

A complete scam -do not use!!!!!!!!
If there is a zero star available that’s what othminicabs is!!!!I agree with the previous review this merchant should not be in business as it’s a pure scam. We booked a taxi one-way to Heathrow online and we were charged £81 in advance. Not only the taxi driver didn’t show up we had trouble getting a refund from this company. Oth is definitely a scam! Avoid it at all cost! We end up calling Uber to go to Heathrow & paid much lower price….please spread my review to help me get my refund back!

Ghost company , do not use.
I called more than 10 times, tried chat everything.
We had an airport transfer, so felt very badly let down.
As to being blacklisted, yes please, as would never try and use this company again. As for fake email, how come I got an email from you.

Don’t seems to understand your review, you made a booking with false information email got returned to us and our system flag your booking as fake and you deliberately making false booking this review should be removed and our system will not take any booking from your address now or in the future as it is permanently blacklisted regards
Further to your edited review, we are very a busy company and you just don’t go around calling British Gas or other company that are busy dealing with other customers a ghost company.
We have thousands of customers who knows who we are and have used us for many years and are happy with us.
Whatsoever you want to achieve from this review well done and thank you for your review we really appreciate it.
Advice to you or anyone making a booking with us in the future: create a genuine email so that our system won’t flag and blacklist you and also dont manipulate the system to get a cheaper price for your booking, this would be immediately cancelled and your information would be blacklisted.

Terrible service
What a terrible and unreasonable service, I would stay away of this company!!
First we booked a taxi for 5.30am and they called us on the night at 1.30am !! Woke us up to tell us that the cost of the taxi will be £5 more than agreed. I was so shocked they actually dared to call a client in the middle of the night (all uk time, obviously) for £5!!
Now, on the way back they were late in 40 minutes! For a 40 minutes drive!! No discount on this late... then our little one vomited in the car, I stayed outside to help the driver to wash everything, the little one was just terrified, and the company representative, instead of showing bit of empathy and ask about us and her, just informed us they have a £35 charge policy for vomiting in the car 🙄. We planned to pay extra anyway but their attitude is wrong an disrespectful for their own clients. I would strongly suggest, STAY AWAY
