Really disappointed with the Osprey “Offroad” scooter. My son used it exactly as you’d expect an off-road scooter to be used — riding off-road and through a puddle — and after less than three rides, the wheel bearings seized up.
I contacted customer services only to discover that the scooter comes with a limited 7-month warranty, which is pretty poor for a product that’s supposed to be designed for off-road use.
It certainly looks the part, but unfortunately the quality and durability just don’t match the appearance. An “off-road” scooter that can’t cope with a puddle without the bearings failing after a handful of rides isn’t fit for purpose in my opinion.
Avoid — there are better options out there.

Bought a few bits from Osprey this summer, wetsuit and skimboard.
Great price, good quality, speedy delivery and good selection. Would definitely recommend.

Massive well done to Osprey and their customer service, I emailed them to say that a part had broken on Harrys scooter, they said they would sort it and much to my surprise a whole new scooter was delivered yesterday 👍🏻 👏

Overall a pleasant experience, product of good quality only issue was I had to return first wet suit due to size and company do not offer a straight exchange so it took a while to get refund for original purchase

I got 2 mens shorty wetsuits for me and my son. Had to return my first one as it was too small. Return process was clunky, had to arrange my own courier, and took over 2 weeks to get my money back. We needed the suits for Cornwall. My suit held up ok but the zip on my sons broke clean in half on the second use, making it useless. They have agreed to refund me for this which can take up to 10 working days apparently.
They weren't very expensive so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Products are good but I returned one item and ordered a different size. It’s been a month and I’ve still not had my refund!
Even when you email them the auto reply states it may take 7-10 days for them to respond.
Shocking customer service!
UPDATE: It is difficult to view this as anything other than a misplaced priority: 10 days to respond to a customer directly, but less than 24 hours to respond when the same issue becomes publicly visible on Trustpilot. Style over substance! I’ve emailed three times so you have my details if you care to look.

Ordering was easy, product arrived quickly. We've used it since easy to assemble.

Bought a 5mm wetsuit and the stitching around the seems have come undone leaving holes after only 3 uses. The wetsuit fit and was treated with care, thus reflecting the poor quality of the product. Looking at reviews, others had similar experiences. I will note the wetsuit was bought two years ago and Ospreys warranty is one year, however, I had hoped that they would still recognise and acknowledge that regardless of the warranty period, 3 uses and a broken (expensive) product is unacceptable. Instead, I was offered no gesture of goodwill and simply told there is nothing they can do. Compared to experiences I have had with other companies customer service, this has left me deeply disappointed.

I’ve been trying to return a wetsuit for a month and i’ve been emailing and sending message constantly but haven’t heard a single response. It’s highly disappointing and now it’s expiring the return policy simply because no one is getting into contact. I’ve receive an email saying someone will get back in 5-7 business days and it’s been about 30 and sent about 6 different contacts to try and sort this out because on their website when I try to return it says it’s unavailable. Disappointing

It was great! Very happy with the order ( life jacket). Arrived fast and my dog felt comfortable wearing it.

Huge issue with returning items – they don't reply. I bought an item a two months ago and I am still waiting for my refund.
