A massive shoutout to Gareth, the Manchester Regional Manager, for his incredible patience. He closely followed up on my order from purchase to delivery, keeping in touch even when he was away from the UK.
On delivery day, Andrew and Chris from the Delivery Team did a fantastic job. They were extremely careful moving the massage chair into my home, which was both bulky and heavy. Even though I had provided the doorway dimensions beforehand, they meticulously measured everything again to ensure a flawless fit. After a smooth installation, they also walked me through the basic operations.
To top it off, Gareth reached out two weeks later to check if I had any questions about using the chair. It was truly a flawless and wonderful buying experience! Highly recommended!

Purchasing a massage chair is a big choice, after comparing many brands we decided to go with Osim. The sales experience was great from Natalie. What’s also great was the professional delivery and assembly, we have a narrow sliding door but the guys handled it with confidence and professionaly. We ended up purchasing the uLove3 Latte. It’s been two weeks since it arrived and it has been great so far, I use it everyday to rewind after work.

I ordered a massage chair from Osim recently, our sales rep Gareth was great, patiently answered all my questions in detail and shared important information to make sure the chair will fit through my doorways, shared timely updates with me on delivery status. The delivery staff Chris was also great, they arrived on time and took good care of the chair despite its weight and made sure it will fit through my doorways again prior to moving it inside my home, they placed the chair exactly where I want it placed (a narrow space), and showed me how to operate the chair before they left. A positive experience overall.

I purchased a uLove 3 and it’s amazing. Such a varied massage and coupled with the app it has so many different programs to choose from. The service I received from order to delivery has been first class. Thank you to Natalie and Andrew for a faultless purchase

Contacted Osim website in regards to location and times and was advised on temporary location in Manchester. Gary was very quick and prompt in letting me know the details/venue and availability. We arranged a visit and he explained in great details functionality, design, variations and great variety of details. Order was prompt and the delivery guys were prompt and very efficient. After delivery support was provided to ensure all was working expected and to our satisfaction. A very good all round experience from Osim and Gary.

The OSIM kiosk at London Westfield consistently delivers excellent service. Gareth, Carmen, and Natalie provide clear guidance and patient support. Extremely poor service and taking ages to get a reply. Purchased an OSIM chair which was faulty when received and despite 2 attempts to fix this still faulty. Have been unable to use at all. Emails and calls ignored.

Natalie from OSIM was really helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Her communication was always swift and clear. The delivery guys were also fabulous - polite and professional even though it was tough carrying 126kg of chair! Overall, a smooth and pleasurable experience.
