I bought COMPACT 12 LED navigation lights. The quality of the plastic material is super low and cracks up and falls apart after just 2 years.

bow sprit derivates from technical drawing
Bought a bow sprit from Osculati, unfortunately the technical drawing derivates significantly from the product. No support, no help nothing from Osculati. I cannot recommend this vendor.

Absolutely no customer support
I bought a life raft support made of three parts. The lateral parts are made of 25 mm stainless steel tubes that must be inserted in the central part, made of stainless steel tube with and inside diameter of 27.3 mm. Obviously, some sort of 1.15 mm sleeves must be used to fill the gap. Nothing of that kind was provided, also an empty open plastic bag was present. The package didn't include any installation instructions which would have allow checking whether some parts were missing. The Osculati web site neither provides any instructions because the downloadable instructions are for the horizontal version and not for the vertical one. So, I contacted Osculati through their web site form. I never got any answer.
