I was attracted by their beautiful designs but their guarantee barely covers any defects with their products as they hide behind their "policy".

You would be helpfully referred to their numerous videos on fixing any issues you have with your brand new purchase on your own.

I was refused an exchange and offered a 10% goodwill discount and told to fix it myself. For such an expensive product, you would expect better customer service.

Really beautiful quality Lord of the Rings mug. I found it so hard to decide which one to get for my partner. I chose 'The Shire' design. Great size, good quality and amazing design. Really detailed. You won't find a better quality Ring of Power or Lord of the Rings mug anywhere else (believe me, I searched!) and I am so glad I took the plunge. It is almost embossed.
I am hoping to get more from the range. At £28 a mug, it is expensive but I can see why and is worth it. I appreciated the £10 off voucher and will definitely be using it in January to order more.
Really fast delivery and I like how it is an ethical company.
My only suggest is some packing material so the china doesn't get chipped in transit. Mine was fine but it would be a shame if items were damaged on arrival.
