It is not a good experience

It is not a good experience, their approach and e-mail with no file number. This is a lawyer that pushes hard with all means - We had a tenant, that damages the property, left it very dirty and very badly maintained.
The tenant gets all the deposit money back, because we kept her very well informed and corresponded with her over the phone, SMS and e-mail. Former tenant must have a written letter and, as a landlord you hold no evidence for documentation of a letter, send, and they claim answers before finalizing all repairs - wall repairs, air conditioner and overall missing maintenance. - As to avoid more trouble we will pay - to stop this, not because we believe they are right, but because of their process to address this. This is not a good experience.
