Poor quality and no warranty

My leather bag straps started to break down within a year of purchase. I contacted Oroton who didn't care because it was past one year since I had purchased the bag. The quality of the bag is poor given the high price. I would definitely not buy Oroton again. Old Oroton may have been good quality but new bags are definitely not made to the same standard.

Worst customer dealing ever

Worst customer dealing ever, one of the items were out of stock from the order of two items and they refunded without even asking if I want anything else as a replacement or exchange, or if I want to cancel my whole order, and I used a promotional code, which now I am not able to use it for another item since it was just wasted due to out of stock item from their end. Not a great response from their Customer support as they don't have that sort of process to support their customers in these type of scenarios, I would say their online store is a price scam and do not recommend to buy anything from them.
There are great alternatives that you could go with such as Coach, Kate Spade, MK and Furla. They could be a bit expensive but believe me their customer support is far better than Oroton.

Online store error lead to frustrating repurchase

While I LOVE shopping in store, I found the online store to be a hassle. I bought a belt based on the website measurements but they were completely inaccurate and I had to return it for another size. The issue was that they wanted me to repurchase the item and pay additional shipping costs. I explained that I wouldn’t be doing that, so they gave me a code for free shipping. The code didn’t work so I had to call them again. On top, it was a gift for someone so it was disappointing when it didn’t fit them and they had to embarrassingly ask me to return it. Too much of a hassle for such an expensive purchase. I would have expected better service from Oroton.
