I have well and truly been scammed I believe I was buying from a company in the Netherlands but it is now apparent that a Chinese scam is behind this site. I am now down by £60.00 not good when your an OAP on a fixed income. Please don't be fooled the people behind this do not care who they scam ....Karma will see to it that they will pay a price in what shape or form I cannot say but it will

So I asked for a refund and a return label, and they sent me ANOTHER counterfeit pair. They looked like Birkenstock but the chemical smell was extreme and the fabric was cheap imitation suede. I wrote again and said I did not buy or ask for these and they said they refunded the money. They tried to initimidate me into shipping it back to CHINA at my expense, even though the place they came from was England and the website says Netherlands. I saw this happened to others in the reviews. It looks like I did get a refund today finally but now they want me to ship them to where they are actually located -- China -- for the same amount as the shoes. If this happened to you, don't pay to ship them back.They have no legal grounds to stand on as this is a scam.

This is a counterfeit product site. I ordered Birkenstocks and since it had a Netherlands address I thought it was legit. But the box came from China. When I opened it, there was an overwhelming chemical smell and the shoes seemed like what I ordered but had TEEMAZZI on them. I verified with the order confirmation that I ordered Birkenstocks. I called customer service but it's purposely on "busy" mode. No one responds to emails. I'm calling my bank that this is fraud
