Absolutely Dreadful Customer Service from Orima
I am extremely disappointed with Orima’s lack of customer service. My appliance, which is still under warranty, has failed twice in the last six months, leaving my family without a functioning kitchen. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, their technician has been completely unresponsive, offering no updates, no communication, and no sense of urgency.
For a company that provides essential household appliances, this level of service is appalling and shows a complete lack of respect for customers—especially families with children who rely on their appliances to cook. I expected far better from a so called reputable brand, but Orima has failed miserably.
If you value reliability and decent customer support, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Avoid Orima at all costs!**
