The item prices were inexpensive (clearance), though the quality was also very cheap.

The product assembly was fairly easy but the edges of the product were frayed. Also, the track itself isn't raised off the table like shown in the pictures online. Instead 40 separate wooden blocks are sent for assembler to balance the track off the table. Overall dissatisfied as the product will not stay up without having to constantly rebuild the track foundation. I'd love my money back but I already assembled the table and found this to be the case with the train tracks.

I'm in charge of the scavenger hunt program at the museum I work for. I buy the military rubber ducks in bulk from Oriental Trading Co. They are good quality, reasonably priced, and the kids love them!

My candy arrived earlier than Han expected and it was all there. My only displeasure was one of the candies was quite a bit smaller than pictured. But the size was probably noted and I just didn’t look.

I made a purchase and was charged twice initially for one correct amount and one that was $10 more. Upon contacting you, I was then charged a third time for $31 more than the original amount. This whole fiasco prompted my card to be locked and reissued. BIG MESS. And tied up three times as much money until it was all resolved days later

I feel frustrated by the delivery process- your window said by 2/27, then it said march 3rd, your associates gave me conflicting information which added to the stress of not knowing if my son's class would have the small birthday treats in time.
