Scam and AI slop

So there are two things to the site:
1. a subscription based ai model
2. a "blog" with ai generated answers to questions

so the ai is terrible. use no ai and if you need it use chatgpt instead.

the "blog" is not helpful, most of the time its just ai hallucinations for 10 paragraphs where you dont learn anything. also users have reported beeing scammed by the pro subscription, so i dont reccomend it.

Keeps charging - no escape from subscription

I started a 7-day trial subscription and do not wish to proceed with a full membership. However, I cannot find an option to cancel the subscription, and the site continues to attempt to charge my account.
I couldn't find a way to cancel my subscription, nor is there an option to remove my payment method from the site. Support continues to ignore me, even though I reached out to them five days ago.

I bought the annual plan thinking it…

I bought the annual plan thinking it will meet my expecations but it is not even close. I emailed them for a refund cause i dont need their services, but they just ignored me. I don't need this,s and I simply want my money back. But everywhere I check its showing that this company is a scam. Their AI is not even working properly, their humaizer is still AI-generated. I am begging you, if you can just refund me, and be kind to people, and stop scamming them. Everywhere I check, people are claiming they are scammers

Customer care is terrible

Their output is good for certain areas. My problem is that they don't respond to mails. I felt that after the 7-day trial they would just stop giving me access but instead they charged me $19.99 for the next month. Perhaps, that was my mistake. I wrote to them to cancel and have a refund but got no reply. I thus accepted my fate and continued using but not after unlinking my card. Yesterday, I discovered I no longer had access even though they had not refunded me. Worse still, no word from them.

Digital fraud

I took a 7-day trial for $5.99, but I was surprised to find that even though I canceled it before the 7 days were up, they still charged me $19.99 just 7 days later, on December 3rd. It's definitely a very unpleasant experience, and the customer service is clearly terrible.

Beware of Oreate AI – Poor service and unauthorized charges after cancellation

I signed up for Oreate AI by paying the 3€ one-week trial. I cancelled my plan before the trial ended, and yet they kept trying to charge me 20€ over and over again.
I’ve sent them four emails to the only contact address they provide (no chat, no phone), and I’ve received no response whatsoever. Their website has almost no information about cancellations or clear policies.
In the end, I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one with the help of my bank, as there was no way to stop them from trying to charge me.
The service itself wasn’t even good to begin with, and the customer support is basically non-existent. I strongly advise you to be cautious, and if you still want to try it, use a virtual or disposable card.
This kind of behavior feels unethical and completely unprofessional.

Hello Maria,

We’ve checked your case and found that the subscription cancellation was not fully completed on your side, which is why the system continued attempting to charge your card (all attempts were unsuccessful). To resolve this, we have now manually canceled your subscription from our backend, so you will not be billed further.
We’ve also sent you an email with full details, including information about the $5.99 trial card refund. Please kindly check your inbox for our message.
