Ordered two maps which meant we got a free map bag - result as our last one was falling to bits! Delivery was in a couple of days and free, what's not to like. Would recommend.

Following the confirmation of the order, the service was very good. A possible delivery date was given as between three and five working days. The package was delivered on the second day. It would have been five stars had it been easier to find the number of the maps covering the area of my interest.

Poor communication about auto renewal.
The auto renewal at premium level is going to catch a lot of people out who only want to subscribe for one year.
There should be clearer correspondence to alert the customer.
Poor show as a business model but what can we expect from big business these days.

As an Artist, it's great to be able to personalise the cover and therefore be a (small) part of the awesome, historic and ongoing OS maps series. Helpful to be able to select the part of the map you wish to concentrate on.

Thrilled with speed and v low cost of delivery. Using the website to choose books and maps for relevant area is awful / products are listed randomly instead of grouped by area

Evri a delivery disaster
Evri, the delivery service, delivered to the wrong address. I saw the delivery driver, asked if he had a parcel for my address, he said no. I showed him the email which said my parcel had been delivered to me, I showed him my house, he confirmed he had not delivered to it. He blew up a photo on his phone of the delivered parcel to read the address, despite scrutinising the photo he did not read that the address in the parcel was mine.
Fortunately the lady who received the parcel (into her hands) opened it and realised it's contents were not for her and that evening, (obviously then, having looked at the address), it was brought round to me.
