Fabulous service, orchids arrived in top condition and very well packaged they’re stunning thankyou.

I bought my first Orchids, a beginner's collection of bathroom windowsill Orchids, from Burnham Nurseries in 1979. Nearly 50 years ago. I was impressed by the fantastic packaging, plant quality and customer service.
But, of course, things change over time and they certainly have at Burnham Nurseries.... They're even better.
Just taken delivery of a Cymbidium Lovely Sue and a Cymbidium Piccobella. Beautiful plants, beautifully packed that arrived in beautiful condition.
Not so much as a flower, bud, leaf or piece of bark out of place.
I met Brian "King Of Orchids" Rittershausen at an RHS Tatton Park flower show in the late 70's. He was an RHS Orchid Judge and founder of Burnham Nurseries. I won gold for an Encyclia Citrina on bark.
What a charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic plantsman. He infected you with his passion and was so incredibly encouraging to we mere mortal amateurs.
His legacy lives on at Burnham. Need genuine, professional and free advice on all things Orchid?

Lovely nursery but dreadful food in the cafe

Excellent company. I purchased an orchid for a special birthday gift. When it arrived it had been very carefully packaged and the orchid was the most impressive cymbidium specimen that I have ever purchased. Great value and just so lovely! Thank you

I ordered 4 Vanda orchids and one dendrobium from Burnham Nurseries. The entire process was seamless. The plants are beautiful and the staff were really helpful when I emailed to ask for more information about the orchid IDs. I would really recommend this place. I've had some hit and miss experiences with other companies but I really wanted to thank this place for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

What impresses me is the way the orchids are packed for delivery-Every stem+flower arrives intact.The price with P&Pisn’t cheap,but worth it for
something unusual and good quality.

I have had 3 or 4 orders from Burnham and keep going back to them because I know I will get good healthy orchids, beautifully packed. Help is always at hand from Sara and also Maddy if you have problems with the webpage. Just wish I had more room for more orchids, have now started on the miniatures which are much better than anticipated so will now go for the 3 plant offer. If you like orchids this is the nursery for you.

Very good service. I had an issue with my original order which was dealt with quickly and professionally and the replacement was beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend this company, I just wish I could visit!

First rate plants, exceptionally well wrapped to ensure they survive posting, received to time. Great service as always.

Above and way beyond my expectations. Not only was the orchid I ordered absolutely beautiful, it was well grown, in flower and with plenty of new shoots - Absolutley wonderful.
You might stop and think the price expensive, but when you see the amazing plant you'll recieve, you'll understand. These plants are in a whole other league.
Communication was wonderful, Sara went to great lengths to ensure I was happy not only with the order but also delivery and followed though right to the end.
I would have no hesitation in dealing with this brilliant company again.
