Placed many orders, always shipped them on time, always received beautiful specimen (except for one or two that were less good than the others, but compared to other sellers, that was still rather good!). Hard to get an answer by email but now I try to translate first to German and after a few days I usually get a reply. Overall I am delighted with this seller, I never had an issue else than being too late myself when the novelties are listed and sold out ^^ I'll happily buy from this seller again.

I purchased an orchid that cost £50.00. It arrived mostly out of its pot. The roots were bone dry, and non existent. I contacted the company and all I have got back is an automated reply. The orchid is nearly dead (as expected). I have wasted my hard earned money. This company should not be allowed to trade. I am so upset.
Anyone reading this PLEASE don’t trust this company.
For anyone suspecting that I can’t keep orchids... I have around 30 and have been keeping them and bringing them into flower for about 18 years
