El día 30/4/2025 compre una tablet HONOR MAGIC PAD 2 en la empresa ORBIZALIA.COM, desde el principio fue todo muy confuso y ambiguo, sin número de seguimiento y después de muchos SMS solicitando un número de seguimiento nunca me lo facilitan. A día de hoy, 20 de Mayo, me dijeron que llegaría entre el día 15 y 16 de Mayo y sigo sin saber en que estado está mi producto. La verdad es que para mi está siendo un dolor de cabeza y problemas, me arrepiento un montón haber confiado en ellos como empresa. Veremos donde acaba todo esto.

Item never arrived. Applied for a refund and it was horrendous. I eventually got my refund after 2 months and countless emails but only because my bank intervened on my behalf. Do NOT order from this company. You order at your own peril. Total scammers. A dreadful company.
DISGUSTING CROOKS & LIARS!
I had a problem with my phone while visiting Spain so I purchased a new phone on Saturday, August 17th from this company however the next day on Sunday, August 18th my phone stopped working completely so I had no choice but to cancel my order. I decided to buy something from the local store on Monday instead. They sent me a form to fill out after the weekend which I did immediately. They also said that I will get credit in 8-10 business days. While waiting I started reading all the reviews online. I was shocked! I knew who I'm dealing with. I wish I did my homework before I placed my order. After 13 days I decided to file a dispute charge with my credit card company. Nothing happened until September 11th when I received an email from them saying "the refund was issued". THEY LIED of course! I waited almost 2 months to get 830.00 EUR back. These people are disgusting!!! Most reviews are very BAD, no wonder!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Total fraud. Avoid at all costs
Terrible communication, fraudulent behavior, links on their website often don't lead anywhere but they keep using the logo. They never returned the money even after me trying for 3(!) months. Their responses are templates. Keep saying they don't know me but they know me very well.
I lost my money on this fraud and don't expect them back. Now I just hope no one else suffers. (even Google removed them from Maps after reporting)
Order 26066 and relevant tickets. I hope it was worth it to keep my money Orbizalia!

No product received, at last, money back
Ordered a macbook and an iphone 12. Macbook shipped. Iphone did not. They said the transporter lost. They said they would resend it, but they never did. I asked for my money back and everybody went silent. After I shamed them on Twitter, some administrator contacted me and said that the money was scheduled to be paid within a week. Two weeks later, still no payment.
UPDATE: repaid, 3.5 months after initial payment and more than a week after they had promised to pay. But they've paid so I've changed my rating and review. And thanks Orbizalia for having settled it now.
Pay retail price and buy from somewhere else to save yourself a nightmare
I got an iPhone 12 Mini for about 100€ less than MediaMarkt. According to the website, it should be delivered in six working days. After almost the sixth working day and no notification of it being even shipped, I contacted customer service through email and got a response saying that it was expected to ship a day or two later. On the second day evening, still no shipment, so I got in touch again and get this: customer service forwarded me the email response from my first contact, the one that said it would be shipped in a day or two. The second day indicated in that email has almost passed so I don’t even know why they forwarded me the response that’s no longer even relevant like it was supposed to be an answer. It’s 2am as I post this review so second day has officially passed and no surprise, no shipment. If I had known about the lack of customer support prior to ordering, I would have ordered retail and paid that extra 100€. It’s my fault for shopping bargain. I work in e-commerce myself and I understand customer service gets lots of stupid requests all day that wears them down, but this is your job. I didn’t ask for the shipment to be rushed, I simply asked for an accurate timeframe so I wasn’t sitting home all day waiting for nothing. Maybe find another field of work if you don’t like servicing customers. My advice is to pay a little more and buy from somewhere else. The headache is not worth it at all. Trust the bad, uninvited reviews and don’t risk buying here hoping you’ll be one of the lucky ones.

Tengo que decir que al principio he dudado en vista a las reseñas negativas, pero he confiado y les he dado un voto de confianza. Trustpilot es un portal validado y contrastado, por lo que he imaginado que hay muchos comentarios negativos-falsos (Puede ser la competencia...) y se tardan en revisar y suprimir, pero acabaran eliminados cuando se contrasten los datos de compra, .... en fin, a mi me ha funcionado y me tomo el tiempo para ponerlo aqui.
He recibido mi IPhone 12 mini 128GB Azul en 7 días. Quito una estrella y doy sólo 4 porqué el servicio de atención al cliente No es rápido/ No contestan a tiempo/No contestan/No diponible por telefono, esto se lo tiene que mirar la empresa si quiere mejorar sus ventas/beneficios, en España en general atención al cliente es pésima, pero en Inglaterra como no tengas un buen servicio de atención no sobrevive la empresa. Hay que contratar mas personal para atención del cliente, seguro que repercute en imagen y valoración y a la larga en el negocio...El jefe lo debe saber pero tendrá sus prioridades...

-Precio: 10
-Tiempo de envío: 7 días, en peninsula son 3 a 6 días laborales según indican.
-Trazabilidad/Tracking: 4, poco visibilidad y se tarda en actualizar. Mi pedido se tiró 6 dias en preparación (es mejor decir : No hay stock/esperando género/ solicitado...)
-Atención al cliente: 2, lo siento pero es un punto a mejorar.. doy un 2 porque la veces que hemos interactuado por telefono o por email el trato ha sido amable pero la disponibilidad es casi inexistente.
-Aparato recibido: 10, nuevo precintado perfecto.
-Garantía: Sin puntuar, no se sabe si será necesario utilizarla

This company responded brilliantly with my order and were very efficient with all information! The main issue I had with this transaction was their courier who told lies saying I had received my item, I HAD NOT!!! They even produced an NIE saying I had signed for it, this was not mine. Four days after they said they had delivered! it appeared at a third party drop off point in breach of the contract you had with them to deliver to my address. I would recommend you stipulate that it is delivered directly to any future clients address.

Ordered with Orbizalia twice. Once for an iPad and once for an iPhone. Both times the products arrived in about 48 hours from when I ordered. Both in great condition. Great experience (though they could use slightly less bulky packaging - my iPhone came in a box about 10 times bigger than the actual iPhone box. Definitely safely packaged, but just seems like a waste!)
