The easiest sign-up ever. Bronze plan is very limited so I upgraded to Silver. There is some server lag with website access from US. Customer service is very good and if we can address the slow server issue I may stay on.

Hong Kong or Iceland?
My biggest concern is the "ICE Network Hong Kong". I thought I was dealing with the company in Iceland. Nowhere is this Chinese connection mentioned.
There has been a few minor problems and one substantial one, which left my website down for nearly two weeks. They also improperly restored an old version of my database driven website, which made the problem even worse. My blog lost revenue since all the updated links on my blog were lost in my associated videos. So all the revenue streams were broken during the time my site was down.
I could say, 85% of the time they do a great job. When they step up they really step up and do a great job. When they don't it goes terribly wrong.
If it turns out the company is now Chinese owned, I'll move my websites to Amazon.
