I was using their dedicated servers back in 2020, the support is great and they always do their best to fix issues even if they are beyond the scope of their official support. I can only mention 2 disadvantages: (1) Due to Icelandic location the speed from Western Europe is slow, hosting in Germany or Netherlands would be much faster, (2) Privacy advantage is dubious. Yes, they take BTC and that's good if you want to hide your identity in some way (and that is still not completely true that cryptocurrency provides 100% anonymity), but in terms of Icelandic laws they are not more privacy-friendly than, for example, Germany or Norway. They follow more or less the same law principles like here in Europe and at least one of their companies is registered in Asia which means that technically Asian laws could apply in case of legal requests.

But generally Orangewebsite is a good hosting company with nice people behind it.

Great service. They respond to support tickets and answer questions very quickly.

I put 5 stars for the service, however it is very inconvenient not to able to set up automatic payment with credit card. There is only option with paypal.

Overall the service provide is great but the payment system for payng for services is worst. They ned to upgrade the payment part of their business as it just doesn't work well at all.

I've been with these guys for about 6 years now. We do lots of website development & WordPress training and I always recommend OrangeWebsite to new clients. Their prices are about average - not high, not low - but their system is dead stable and the level of support has been fantastic. In fact that's why they were recommended to me, after some rough rides with other ISPs. Honest, I can't recommend this crew highly enough. Plus, as a bonus, Iceland & Switzerland are often cited as the best place to host websites because of their lack of corruption, IT infrastructure & security laws.
