Terrible customer service. When ordering a domain and hosting at no point during checkout did it inform me that I needed a passport to confirm my identity for the domain and to add insult to injury the domain register was communicating in different language. I contacted support who said it was my tough luck and I needed to provide ID. Given that they advertise as privacy friendly it didn’t sit well with me, never have other webhosts or domain reg website demanded ID before.
The domain remained offline, unusable.

The company in the past claimed to be from Iceland but now Orangewebsite Hong Kong limited appear on the billing so i suspect its changed management and it’s now poorer support.

They said they had a no refund policy, so I contacted payment support and got a full refund as I wasn’t supplied the domain that I paid for.

Looking through the domains they host there are some legally questionable websites that they host so having seen this and their responses to support or lack there of, I’m never using orangewebsite ever again. If you care about privacy I don’t think a Hong Kong company with lack of support is the way to go especially if they demand ID. I wanted to the domain to host personal email as I was fed up with adverts and ad trackers in my email. I’ll be looking elsewhere

Offshore webhosting site currently being used by a large spam gang. OrangeWebsite hosts malware and FakeAV droppers, which the spammers advertise by mass-broadcast SMS spam.

Since moving our hosting service several years ago to OrangeWebsite, I've been impressed with the excellent customer service. The technical advisors have always been prompt in responding to requests and have worked with me to resolve whatever site issues I have experienced along the way.

I'm very satisfied with their service. They always respond quickly to any request, and they genuinely show interest in helping you on an individual basis, not just in closing tickets as quickly as possible.

Overall customer service is fine, but the prices are 10x the cost of comparable hosts. So for that reason, I moved my hosting. I don't think I should write a great review just based on customer service, as other hosts are a fraction of the costs, and their CS teams are just as responsive. Also, my last interaction with CS (a team lead I believe) was quite unpleasant, and they were rude.

I think the service from help dest is immaculate, fast and professional and respectful. I don't say good things easily. Highly recommend

Terrible service. They are hosting a website which is illegally selling copyrighted pornography. I sent them a DMCA which they refuse to honor because they stated they "only follow Icelandic Law". I then replied that Icelandic Law Article 210 states they cannot distribute pornography in Iceland. They responded that now they only follow court orders and ignore all takedown requests even if the content is copyrighted, malicious, or unlawfully posted on their servers.

Biggest scam in the web hosting industry, they confiscate your money and your domains for whatever reason! Garbage service! After that they don’t care about you and don’t reply

Secure Domain Registration! This is the only website I can find online that provided truly secure, safe and completely PRIVATE domain registration. Highly recommended.

Very good hosting that gives you anonymous privacy as it doesn't require your personal details to sign up.

They also take cryto! Which is a must in today's government-overspying digital age.

They also use cpanel as well, which is good as I've been making website since 2000 and that's all I have used

Our team is with Orange since 2019. During all these years we opened dozens of tickets to get support. In all the cases they were extremely quick, helpful and polite. Especially the head of the company Mr.Karason. Also, the method by which one can pay - they are the only service that allows paying via cash. You can literally send the money in an envelope. Truly respect one's privacy. Highly recommended specially for people that need free speech for investigative journalism or controversary topics!!

I ran a Dedicated machine there for a couple of years and it always made me feel safe knowing the machine was well protected in Iceland. I especially appreciate Icelandic law. They received a take down notice at one point but since they only oblige to the Icelandic legal system; nothing was done. I would recommend, particularly if you are looking for offshore hosting. I didn't need support very often but when I did I felt them quick to reply. Level 2 and 3 were very helpful. Good work Iceland!

There support is one of the fastest I have even experienced online.
I started with shared hosting and my sites have grown to a dedicated server.
They helped me setup my server so there was no issues.
The migration was done well to my own server.
I can say that I truly recommend their services.
