I cancelled my membership but this horrible company still tries to withdraw another month of subscription after the cancellation how is this monthly subscription. They send me a collection letter for the 100 something dollars for a subscription that I ended 15 days before my renewal. This is not about the money but the lack of ethics and show of immense greed is wild.

The vendor sent me an invoice for payment and the address does not have my company as the owner of the mailing address.

I recently signed up with Opus Virtual Offices to obtain a business address for forming my LLC in Maryland.
Immediately after purchasing the service, I attempted to use the address on the Maryland state registration website and was informed that the address is not accepted as a valid business location because it is considered a mailing/virtual address.
Within approximately one hour of signing up, I contacted Opus to cancel the service since it could not be used for its intended purpose. Despite this, I was told I am locked into a 3-month contract and would not be refunded.
To be clear:
The service could not be used for its intended purpose
Cancellation was requested almost immediately
No meaningful services were used
This raises serious concerns about transparency and how these services are represented during the purchasing process.
I am requesting:
Immediate cancellation of the account
A full refund
Confirmation that no further billing will occur
If anyone else has experienced similar issues with virtual office providers, I would be interested to hear your experience.

They gave me a great service. When I had a problem with my occupancy they stepped in and resolved the matter quickly and efficiently!💪😃
A very professional office and location for my company. I love that they also provide my own office number and fax number and live receptionist answering service. They also receive all of my companies incoming mail.
This is a great option for small businesses just starting out that need a business address. They offer great services that can help your business with small or no staff. For me, the business address, the receptionist, and mail receiving
Samantha was very professional and courteous. I appreciate her patience and willingness to allow me to explain my issues and concerns. Her assistance and support really made my day extraordinary. Thanks again Samantha!
This place is a scam! I signed up for something and then couldn't even find the office locally, after a week and a half of finally trying to get in touch with someone and then calling me back I went into the office and the staff at the UPS store had no idea what I was even talking about. Then I told the woman that I didn't want to continue that I wanted to cancel it even though I've already paid for one month and her solution was to have me go to a city 75 miles away to use the service. I told her that was not acceptable and that I wanted to cancel it. Now three months later I'm being charged from a collection agency because of it being a three month contract even though what I signed up for is nowhere near what I was getting. Run as fast as you can from this company! There are actually legitimate businesses that do this out there, this is not one of them.
Great Communication, with email notification of receipt of mail and packages.
Really enjoying the service they provide. Finally I don't have to deal with these annoying spam calls.
