The team at optimax in Leeds was absolutely amazing. They made me feel very relaxed from start to finish. I had lens replacement and I was extremely nervous but the reasured me that the procedure was painless and quick and that it was. 2 days later I can see better than I ever have and I love waking up and not having to put my glasses on while I'm waiting for my eyes to come round so I could put my contact lenses in. 100% best decision I have ever made, I wish I had done it years ago . A massive thank you to the whole team at the Leeds branch for being along side me while I took the journey to a new life of amazing eye sight 😍

I recently had my LASIK surgery at Optimax Leeds, and I honestly cannot thank the whole team enough for the care, support and professionalism I received throughout the entire process.

From the very beginning, everyone was so helpful, patient and reassuring. I had quite a few queries before my surgery, and Brishna was amazing in helping me with everything. She always got back to me, answered my questions clearly and made the whole process feel much less stressful.

A massive thank you to Sophie and Tracy, the managers, who were both incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. Sophie went above and beyond to help me with my payment arrangements, working with me to sort suitable payment dates and making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Her kindness, patience and understanding genuinely meant a lot. Tracy also gave me clear instructions before surgery, including making sure I ate and drank beforehand, wore something warm and comfortable, and avoided wearing contact lenses again. This really helped me feel prepared and calm before coming in.

The theatre staff — Claire, Amanda and Joanne — were absolutely brilliant on the day. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly and helped calm my nerves. The whole team were friendly, professional and made the experience smooth from start to finish.

A special thank you to Dr Ahmed, my surgeon, who carried out the procedure. He was professional, reassuring and made me feel like I was in very safe hands. The surgery itself was quick, and the team made sure I was comfortable throughout.

It still feels unreal knowing I don’t have to go back to glasses and contact lenses anymore. My vision is great, and I’m so happy with the results already. It honestly feels life-changing.

Overall, I’m really happy I chose Optimax Leeds. The care, communication and professionalism from Brishna, Sophie, Tracy, Claire, Amanda, Joanne, Dr Ahmed and the rest of the team was excellent. I would definitely recommend Optimax Leeds to anyone considering laser eye surgery.

Had lasik eye surgery its was very quick and painless there was slight pressure applied to both eyes that was uncomfortable for about 10 seconds or so,apart form the slight discomfort.,the procedure was successful and i now have driving standard vision. the staff and the location was modern and very clean with free refreshments

I had Lasek surgery last month at the birmingham branch and everything from start to finish was great! All the staff at this branch from Emily, Andrew, Amy, the optoms and of course the surgeon Dr Samuel were extremely exceptional and I couldnt ask for anything more! Best decision ive made!

From the moment of my first consultation, to going through the door at Optimax Leeds I felt welcomed. The staff were very friendly and reassuring.
I felt my consultation was very thorough and informative and was given my options straight away. I was told that my best option was for lens replacement to remove a cataract and improve vision for my job as a driver. My surgery was carried out within 3 weeks and I am over the moon with the freedom I now have from wearing glasses. I would highly recommend Optimax Leeds.

I am currently 72 hours post-op after having LASIK in one eye and LASEK in the other, and I could not be happier with the care I have received so far.

Michael, front of house at the Finchley Road clinic, made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. He even helped arrange a space for my partner to take a quick remote work meeting while I waited to be seen, which was really appreciated.

Dr Neo carried out my initial consultation and surgery. I want to give him a special mention as he was absolutely fantastic. I was naturally quite nervous but he made me feel completely at ease both before and during the procedure. I honestly cannot give him enough credit. He explained everything so well and has managed my expectations for recovery so well.

I was also seen by a couple other members of staff, all of whom were excellent, professional and clearly very well trained. The post-op care so far has also been brilliant, with all medication well packaged, clearly organised and easy to follow.

The cost was also much more competitive compared with Optical Express.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Finchley Road clinic.

Optimax was such a great company to have my LASEK eye surgery from. All the staff were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I’d like to especially thank Malcom my surgeon who did a fantastic job. This experience has been life changing and if I could do it again I’d choose him. I received treatment on two occasions at the Optimax Specialist Eye Clinic in Leeds and could not be happier with the care and results.

I underwent Refractive Lens Exchange surgery, followed by a small laser enhancement procedure. On both occasions, the surgeon and every member of staff were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, taking the time to explain each stage of the treatment and answer any questions I had.

When i went for my lense replacement I was so nervous. The staff at Optimax Leeds soon made me feel relaxed and calm. Throughout the procedure they reassured me and kept me calm. I have had 2 follow up appointments since the surgery and my eyes are getting better and better. I can see what seams new colours to me I can read and see more things than I ever thought I would. I would highly recommend this team to anyone having the same procedure.

I had eye lens replacement at Opimax the Leeds branch.IThe first appointment was for test. The receptionists Joanne and Amanda were so welcoming and made you feel at ease. Everything was explained .The telephone consultation with the surgeon which was the following week ,which then Iwas booked in. The surgery went well. I'm so pleased with the results. The aftercare is also great. The price was very reasonable to other companies and there was never no pressure. The service overall was excellent and couldn't fault a thing. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything.I would definitely recommend Optimax.

I had laser eye surgery last week and the whole process has been 10/10. I had been to a few different companies to compare prices and before even hearing the price of Optimax, I was happy to go with themselves due to all their lovely staff. Nobody was pushy at all and it was made even better when their price was a lot lower than the other quotes I had had. On the day of my surgery the ladies made sure I was comfortable and kept me chatting as they knew I was quite nervous, the surgery itself was over a done with in approx 15 mins. I would 100% recommend to anyone considering laser eye to go to Optimax!

I had struggled for many years with distance vision. I decided to go for lens replacement. I found Optimax, Manchester branch online, booked a consultation and never looked back. After my consultation, I was told I was better suited to LASEK for the left eye only. I went ahead with the procedure and, I am 100% so pleased that I did. My eye sight is AMAZING. A new lease of life gained with no more vision struggles. I went to the Manchester branch and found all staff to be welcoming and professional. My Ophthalmology Specialist, Dr Blas was very thorough in his explanation of my eye surgery. He has performed over 40,000 procedures. I knew I was in great hands. The procedure went well. I was driving, glasses free in 24 hours. My Husband was so pleased with my outcome that he has also had lens replacement. He had worn glasses for 52 years. He has 20/20 vision also. I had lens replacement surgery in the Cardiff clinic. From my initial assessment to surgery and the aftercare, the service has been first class. Every member of staff has been thorough, professional friendly and caring. From the outset there was no hard sell, I was given a very detailed examination and explanation of of the process and what to expect. The surgery was completely pain free and I felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout. The outcome has been incredible. Within 3 days my vision unaided is already better than it was with glasses for both reading and distance. I am absolutely delighted with the results. From the reception team to the surgeon, every single member of the staff was amazing. They truly couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable, relaxed, and completely stress-free. They guided me thoroughly through every single step, answered all of my questions, and put any concerns I had completely to rest.
