This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. I booked using their Prime Account and ended up deciding to cancel it within the time period. A very nice customer service person offered me a much reduced rate with perks for a year, which I went ahead with, only to find I was charged the full price a year later on Auto renewal! When I tried to get a refund, I was only offered 50% of my money back and some credit vouchers. Customer Service read off scripts like they are robots and then cut you off when they can't answer your questions.

They took money out of my bank after I bought flights ticket. They used my bank details for a fake yearly discount membership without my concern and at the same time they took money this year. Opodo uses your bank details afterwards unlawfully and be aware. They are indian fraud company.

Automatic subcriptions without reminders
there were not reminders unless the money was deducted from my account , the only one email i got the i became the member and by chance i checked my account was deducted .i called and cancel the subscription that one month which is already dedected cannot be refund.
although they have given given some other offers but i am not a frequent flyer that is why its not fesiable for me.

I'm happy for solving my problem…
I'm happy for solving my problem talking by phone and the understanding I got from the company. The agent who I was speaking from the service team helped me tot solve my problem absolut cancelling the prime subscription.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had my problem solved partially, not 100 %. But, I have to thank to the agent, who was very understanding and helpfull.
