Bad Experience - No On-line Customer Service
I have had a Bad Experience with Open Air Cambridge when purchasing on-line. They have not responded to my emails regarding the Nordic Poles I purchased in late November 2021. This was a Christmas present for my wife, so at Christmas I found that the Leki straps were to large, so I sent an email requesting whether these could be replaced with the smaller size.
A further 2 emails were sent in January 2022 before I got a response, this response only stating that they were very busy and had not received my initial emails.
I then replied to this email attaching a copy of the previous emails. But again I have had no response.
If I had known that I would have this poor response I would have returned the Nordic Poles immediately.
I would advice anyone not to use there on-line ordering service, unless you are able to walk into their Cambridge shop.
Customer service Terrible
Try to contact customer service. Hours for calling are 10am to 2pm rings and rings then you get cut off. Email contact response is greatly over 48 hours then not resolved. Wanted to give zero stars. Customer service does not mean anything to this company. They would rather cancel the order and leave you waiting for your refund, than contact you, the customer to resolve any issues. Won't be using this company again.
