Don’t waste your money!

Just received the pet image necklace I ordered for my mom. It was supposed to have engraving and a heart around it with the name of her dog that passed but the name is backwards and the other engraving is just scratch marks. I don’t recommend this company at all. The actual picture itself turned out nice but that’s it!

I placed this order not really…

I placed this order not really wondering if this was a trust-worth company to deal with. I downloaded a picture of my dog. Just recently I tried to find out what website it was because I actually thought maybe I didn't order it because I have not received it. Well, it came today and very pleased. It will always be in my heart. My dog is approaching 12 years in a few months and already noticing problems and not knowing how many more years he will be with us. Thank You, Karen from Ohio

The mother's day necklace my daughter…

The mother's day necklace my daughter ordered for me just arrived. All 6 names of my children are engraved and spelled correctly. The rose gold is beautiful with the pink hue. This came from China and from past experience takes several months, so expect month to go by before receiving. Also, China sent items are a hit and miss when it comes to quality and accuracy, be aware. Love this necklace.

Great personalized gift!

It took months to arrive in the mail but worth the wait! I absolutely love the necklace engraved with my boyfriend’s dog who died. When I gave him the gift he cried. Super emotional experience. Thanks 🙏🏻

My son in law ordered me a mothers ring…

My son in law ordered me a mothers ring on Mothers day...I live in sedalia missouri and they shipped to hueysville Kentucky..where the hell they got that address no dam clue. And that was in june. So my son in law contacted them and they replaced it just recieved it on july 27th..wrong birthstones and 2 of the names engraved in wrong place...back sound is already loosing its color.

I ordered a gift from oozar in Jan

I ordered a gift from oozar in Jan. My wife got it last week. I understand due to Covid19, its delayed but what i cannot understand is the quality. Pieces broken and dis located. I sent an email as wrll have not got a reply i will not recommend oozar any more to anyone. The ideas are good but the service and execution is bad.

Engraving very good.

Received my necklace. Arrived in good time considering the distance and did not expect to receive until later next month.

Engraving was very good, a little small but very nice. Will buy a stronger chain as one supplied is very fine.

Would use again.

Their shipping took 2.5 months!

I ordered the lamp around January 27th for Valentines’ Day. Their website stated that it would take them about 2 weeks to deliver the order. First, they sent me an email stating that they are not working due to the Chinese New Year. Then, it was coronavirus. Long story short: I got my package only today: 2 and a half month since I ordered it, which is absolutely ridiculous! Giving them 2 stars only because my husband still liked it. The picture itself was nice and lamp looks good. But the customer service is unbelievably bad!

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Takes your money and will give you nothing, Doesnt answer emails, doest answer text, simply take your money and nothing but lies and fake statements. WARNING!!!! This is a scam company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY

So I ordered the Personalized Moon Lamp at the beginning of January 2020 for Valentine’s Day. I didn’t receive a tracking code or ANY information on my package. I had to CONTACT THEM! They told me that because it was the Chinese New Year my shipment would be delayed. I respect the holiday and all, but why not include that in checkout? If OOZAR is having a Valentines Day special but won’t get your order to you by Valentine’s Day, tell me what is the point?

After the Chinese New Year I contacted the help email asking if it would be possible to cancel my order since I wasn’t getting it in time. The email read “due to the impact of the new coronavirus epidemic,our supply chain and logistics networks in China are experiencing extended shutdown,your order shipment may be delayed”. So like any sane person who is 1.Agitated that their isn’t an answer to their question and 2.Their shipment is delayed and 3. Not wanting to risk their health to for a $40 moon lamp, I again asked to cancel and refund the order.

I’m sure you see the developing pattern of poor customer service but of course I have to remind you again that they continued to ship the order and not refund me my money. February 25th an entire month and two weeks after Valentines Day I get this package. And what do you know? The description, measurements, picture, ALL OF IT WAS WRONG!

This company is a scam. They have horrible customer service. Save yourself the time and the stress because it’s clearly not worth it.

Oozar.com - scam site - Avoid buying

Placed an order on 21 January 2020 and still haven’t received my order and keep receiving an automated message about Chinese Spring holiday that has delayed my order. First it was 20th January 2020 to 31st January 2020 processing no orders due to chinese spring holiday and now it’s to 16th February 2020.

I hate to say it but I feel as though I have been scammed. Avoid disappointment and don’t buy from this website.
