Refund not issued for a cancelled flight for more than 4 months
Booked my flight ticket with them for International travel for over $500. However, They had cancelled the flight in the last moment. It's been more than 4 months and still refund isn't issued! All cusotmer service mentions when I call them number of times is that they are following up with airlines and request is in progress. I went a head and called the airlines directly to know what is going on and airlines told me clearly that no refund request is submitted and they can't process refund request until OOJO submits the refund request. As the ticket was booked by travel agency , refund request has to be submitted by them. Customer service is told BS !! They can't even talk in english properly. Some one lifts phone when we call customer service and we can hear them handling kids and doing kitchen work and not focussing on what is going on with customer. They keep saying and putting blame on airlines that they have to refund and its a total BS. I haven't received any refund and tired of calling them !!

I purchased a travel ticket through this company, but my flight was cancelled due to bad weather. I tried contacting them but received no response; they are just playing games. I advise against using this company, as they are not a legitimate or reliable business.

Did not get my discount
Their service is usually great. However, I contacted Oojo with regards to a pop up Ad that came up where it stated that I was able to get a discount based on my itinerary. I called and waited over 20 minutes for the Rep to confirm and when she came back on the line she was unable to hear me and advised that she would call back. However, she did not and therefore I did not get my discount. I usually go to Oojo to book my flights and this was probably my 4th booking with them. I was disappointed to not receive my discount.
