Never ever purchase anything from this website I had an experience I purchased the domain and hosting and the WordPress site ran for 7 days that's all after that how many tickets I have raised no reply all fake 😡 hosting

This is the first time I'm hosting a website with a custom domain name by Onohosting. Though I know a bit of coding, but 3rd party software to edit web pages like wordpress is awesome. Took some time for me to get the hang of it though. I didn't know where to get help, but your email, chat, and knowledgebase group about wordpress helped me a lot. Waste and Pathetic Don't use their service they make fool of you after purchasing Sep rate plan if you want SSH Access and separate plan for WordPress and too Slow . I have done multiple purchase but now all my funds got wasted

great assistance in resolving my technical issue.

It all started with a show stopper where I had made a typo while registering my existing domain. Support team helped me with that, then another show stopper of database, team helped, then the intended deployed website didn't work and I was fully stuck! I again requested for help and this time it wasn't a straight forward help, team took time but informed me that they are working on it and then they upgraded the PHP framework requiredby the website and it was ready to use!!!

The entire journey went so professionally that I shal recommend it further for sure!

Providing very better facilities specially support live chat is really helpful.

My problem is payment method did not accept my visa or mastercard denied because international card not accepted on there payment method. india webhost. Also customer service sucks always offline. Cheap hosting so far average on server uptime
