This company should be avoided. I bought an item which looked fine in the photograph but was received
in a filthy stained condition that clearly had been in a damp place for years. It smelled awful. I returned it
the next day, and told them it had gone. I had the RM photo and delivery message so it got back OK.
I have sent another three emails asking about repayment and no reply. Dont deserve custom.
30/04/2026 Still no refund, or contact. I have asked my bank to try to get me MY money back.

Don’t use this company…they take your money, then nothing. No delivery, no explanation. 4 emails, 3 phone calls…no answer, no reply, no customer service…just left in the lurch!

I wish I had done more research before ordering from this company. After placing my order, I have received absolutely nothing—no items, no dispatch confirmation, and no updates whatsoever.

Communication is completely non-existent. I have tried contacting them multiple times and have had no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark after spending money.

From reading other reviews, it seems I’m far from the only one experiencing this. Many customers report the same issues—items not arriving and no replies to emails or calls.

I will now have to contact my bank to try and recover my money, but frustratingly I can’t escalate this until 30 days have passed. This whole situation has been a huge inconvenience and a complete disappointment.

Lesson learned—I should have checked reviews beforehand. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

The wrong holster turned up - two weeks later the person who asked me to change his review for another holster to make his company look better I suppose

Returned order, no answer to emails, phoned twice, PROMISED an exchange order would be dispatched, I HAVE now Received the exchange order on 05/02/26. The company has now restored my confidence in them.

Didn't receive an item and never refunded for the item. Poor communication they don't answer phone or email

They lie about cloth sizing on e-bay, they then don't deliver and do not answer their phones.

They should not be allowed to trade,scamming untrustworthy liars

Abysmal. Ordered and over a week later, had nothing. Tried to contact the shop, no response at all. Its laughable how such a terrible buisness can be allowed to exist.

Really disappointed! Purchased an ammo tin from them and their site stated Used Grade1. When I received it I opened the packaging and rusty water leaked all over my floor, luckily it wasn’t carpet. Took the tin outside and opened it up and had to pour out rust coloured water. The inserts were full of them and the inside of the tin was rusted so was not usable for any storage. Clearly the tin had been left outside for some considerable time. Disappointed they would send a product in that condition, they must’ve know it contained water. Emailed them two weeks ago and they haven’t responded. I wouldn’t recommend them at all - really poor service.

Excellent service, ordered items and they were delivered within a few days

I placed my order which did not arrive at their stated delivery time, once the item was recieved it did not fit so I looked up their terms and saw that there is a 14 day return policy. Now this is where it all went downhill, to start a return you are required to send a email which I never got a response too despite sending multiple. There are also two numbers you can call if they choose to answer as I called multiple times to only recieve a messaging service. Once I eventualy got a answer I was texted a address to return the item, I paid to send the item and it was delivered with proof of delivery I then recieved no contact regarding a refund so again it was back on the phone to recieve no answer I ended up having to look up the address of the return to call a shop they had told me to send it too. I explained my situation to a gentleman on the phone who was rather helpful (the only positive about this entire interaction) I then had to give my full name, address and the item I returned via text and he forwarded it to them. They recieved my item on Sunday 27th April and after the help from the man mentioned I didnt recieve word via email for my refund until the 7th of May. I have recieved the payment back but it should not be this hard to make a refund by no means, multiple phone calls and emails with no response and so much frustration caused.
Avoid buying with them at all costs in my opinion, there are plenty of other good sites I just wish I had seen some of the previous reviews before placing a order. If it were possible to give less than one star I would.

Two months later, no merchandise delivered and no explanation. No refund either in spite of chasing emails to their email address. Finally mentioned reporting to Companies House, my bank and to a legal retail expert and the refund appeared the next day.
There is much more to say but in brief. Avoid this company, they are not efficient or able to stick to their own terms.

I purchased an item as a gift expected in 2,3 days as Stated on website.
Only to discover after 5 days No notifications or Updates regarding Tracking when I inquired online.

I have now(7days) been emailed with a refund,No explanation or reason.

Ordered 2 items, one wrong size, one not as advertise, emails sent, no reply, not expecting any response reading other reviews, SCAM, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Order #OA1813 - Placed order on January 3. It is now January 13 and I have not received any shipping email. I emailed them TWICE and no response. This seemed very iffy to me, so now I am forced to dispute this CC transaction with my bank. I will drop everything if I get my item sent out and received -- and it must be the correct item.

UPDATE (Jan. 14) - Finally got a email that it was shipped. Will report back when it arrives, hopefully the right item and in good condition.

UPDATE (Jan. 17) - I received my item finally, it's in great condition. Thank you for coming through with it, and yes I cancelled the dispute.

First they said that they sent the order and then they said that they would return the money and there would be no order. Stupid🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

Very fast delivery, but however the item received was the wrong size, needed for the weekend. So I tried calling the company the next day regarding the issues no answer until 2pm, no response via app nor emails. I finally got to chat with them, he said I can check if I can get it to you by Saturday which would have fixed the issue but never got back to me.

Wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering from these con artists. Paid £92-49 for 2 Auscam jackets. When they arrived, they were of poor quality, ill fitting, and nothing like the sales listing. What to do next?

Looked for a Returns Policy on their website. There isn't one. So I called them. A gentleman answered the office number and implied there was a Returns Policy and I'd just not seen it . He gave me an address and instructions about what to do. Duly returned the jackets via tracked Royal Mail postage a day later. That shows they were delivered. And then? Nothing. No refund, not even the courtesy of a reply. I'm almost £100 down, and I can't afford to be. Don't use this company.
