I ordered the MJ Big Folding Chair for my mum as she is disabled and needed a chair for her kitchen. The chair is really good quality, folds up and can be tucked away, but most of all it is sturdy and well worth the money and delivery was quicker than expected.
I would definitely recommend the product and the company.

Recently ordered some coffee tables for our church. Customer service was excellent. I emailed with a query and had a quick response and was able to choose a delivery date. This was our second purchase and would definitely recommend.

We recently extended our building and had to furnish a large dining room area. Cafe Reality's prices were very good and delivery for the chairs was next day. The tables were a little longer, but delivered on the advised date. A good company to deal with.

Our company ordered a new reception desk. We received regular communication on delivery dates and times. The desk arrived fully assembled and free of any marks and blemishes. Great service, would recommend

We were a private customer with only a small order as opposed to commercial customers however this didn't make a difference to Online Reality (unlike other companies who weren't prepared to help us). Both Nathan and Tom were very helpful and efficient providing us with information on the product range available right through to processing our order. A very efficient and friendly service throughout and the products ordered were of high quality. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Delighted with my new Plaza Outdoor Aluminium Table, which was delivered on the date I selected when ordering (the only criticism being that there was no delivery tracking). The table was easy to put together and is everything I hoped it would be in terms of design and functionality: the aluminium surface of the top wraps around the edge of the wooden/composite body, protecting the latter from any water ingress, while the aluminium base has a weighty cast-iron insert which renders the table immune to the ferocious winds which periodically afflict my garden. Finally, the table is has a nicely polished finish on the top and base, giving it a smart appearance and adding to the quality feel. For just £48, including shipping, this is a fantastic option if you want a stable, rustproof outdoor table that will stand up to the elements all year round.

First the lost my money for 6 days
Second Gave my 2 prices for chairs, then insisted
they have not and stuck by the higher price
Third I ordered brown chairs and got black ones
forth One chair there was hardly any padding on
one chair the did replace the seat.

All in all a very bad experiance and will not

Service was exactly as you would expect, from purchase to delivery. Nathan called a few days after delivery to check everything was ok. The Percy Poly side chairs are exactly what I wanted and are sturdy, comfortable and a good size to accommodate everyone.

Ordered desk dividers from this company and manufacturer sent the wrong colour in error. Three weeks later and after much chasing, a courier finally collected these. Then a week later, again after chasing, I finally got confirmation they'd process my refund. So almost a month of hassle resulting in many calls and emails (and having to store 8 large desk dividers!). I'm sure they're an ok company if your order goes through ok, but a nightmare when there's an issue!

Absolutely amazing service. After hunting round for a specific type of desk, I called on these guys and they arranged everything, sorted payment, advised delivery, and even called the day before the delivery to let me know that everything was on its way. Even after the delivery, they checked in to see if all was ok. I couldn’t ask for a better personal service. Would most definitely recommend to anyone, as they certainly took the stress out of shopping.

The item I needed was not in stock, excellent communication from Nathan Roberts who quickly identified a comparable replacement and kept me informed of the status of the delivery. The chair I received is superb and I think it will last many years. I always go to Office Reality for all furniture and chair requirements as their pricing is always keen.

We have all the partitions in place, and they have helped us greatly in terms of privacy and sectioning the office up whilst looking sleek and professional. We like the fact that we can easily move them around should we require to change the office layout. The delivery driver was also really nice and followed our instructions in terms of dropping off the partitions on the day. Many thanks to you and your team for your assistance.
