DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!! I ordered 2 wall spotlights from them. At that time they had an option for the suggested bulbs, But the bulb suitable for the fixture which were necessary for my electrician to install them. A few days later I spoke with an agent who advise me that the bulbs were back in stock and I placed an order over the phone. Once `I received them the electrician did the install. But the bulbs they sent sits way-out above the edge of the spotlights. I contacted them about this and sent photos, but all they were willing to do was to replace the spotlights. This meant that I would have to call out the electrician to remove them and then come back again to install whatever replacement I deiced upon. This would be extremely costly to carry out. I rang again and apprised them of the situation and asked if they would be willing to meet some of the the re-install cost as it was their fault. They told me they would be unwilling to to do anything about it other than to send me 2 new spotlight units. This is the reason I'm giving them 1 star. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars. I recommend to go to another retailer as Online Lighting's customer service is really appalling.

The item(S) arrived quickly, were well packed for transit in recyclable packaging. All products were as described and good value for money. Would recommend.

Quick delivery next day, the lights were very high quality, well made easy to fit

OK so the company were fine. Kept us informed. Product delivered before availability date advised.

However product was not as substantial as hoped possibly a shortfall in the design. The look is exactly what we wanted but fittings are weak

I ordered a light fitting for a dark room needed over Christmas. It said it would arrive before Christmas, that’s why I ordered it. You only sent me the bulbs!
Now I have a problem don’t I!

Delivered within 24 hours of placing my order. Well packaged. The lights are exactly as I’d hoped - lovely design. Brilliant for the price.

Firstly, I had to chase where my original order was. I then had an email apologising & received half of my order a week later.
My order was then dispatched but after ordering 2 lamps & 2 bulbs, I was only sent one lamp & no bulbs. I have been trying to call the company today & have emailed to see where the rest of my order is but I can’t get a reply to either a phone call or an email. Very frustrating!

Ordered curtain lights which arrived quickly, however they didn’t have a uk 3 pin plug - they had a European(?) 2 pin plug. Have gone back into the product listing to see if I missed this in the description, but I don’t think I did! Sending them straight back. Such a waste of time!
