I have been dealing with this company for many years with no complaints. But that was pre Brexit. I purchased a sweater this week for 60 euro and there was an additional 10 euro delivery fee. I have now been hit with a demand for an additional 15 euro in tax plus a 5 euro admin fee. Therefore I am going to have to pay an additional 50% on top of what the original purchase price was. This website is misleading its customers in that it has a .eu address when it should have a .co.uk address. Buyer beware!

I have placed several orders in the past few years and was always happy with the service - reliable and prompt... BUT post-Brexit an absolute disaster. I was assured in online chat prior to ordering that there would be no problems... my order took 3 days to clear UK Customs and has now been with Spanish Customs for 10 days... other couriers manage to deliver from UK with minimum delays but theirs is clearly useless. NEVER AGAIN

Placed an order on Jan 30, they charged the card Feb 3, and it’s Feb 13th and apparently the goods haven’t even been dispatched yet...
I don’t understand how this can still happen in 2021. Will not order from this website again.

Sloppy customer service and constant excuses
So far I ordered a wedge on 30th November and it hasn’t come I’ve emailed 4 times and no reply tried ringing some automated message and it says my package is being sent back to retailer on the Hermes tracking I have no way of contacting either may change review if I get a reply and my package undamaged and I don’t want to hear rubbish about coronavirus delaying couriers it is no excuse for sloppy customer service
Ok I got my package in perfect condition I rang them and in fairness they sent it out to Ireland and I got it from DPD in three days and I got it before Christmas If I was to make recommendations I would say don’t use the Hermes courier. bumped it up to three stars

Took 3 weeks to arrive. My wedge was put into a big box and completely unprotected: no wrapping paper nothing.
No reaction from the after-sale after making them aware.
Spend your money somewhere else. Unprofessional shop.

Is not repsonding , even when contacted twice. There online chat is a hoax. There is nobody on the other end.
I give them another day to respond before i let the creditcard company do a fraud investigation.

I regret having spent more than 2h trying different payment methods and none work. Unsuccessful purchase attempts one after another and the articles I wanted selling out (more than once).
They have managed to decline 4(!) credit cards from different banks while the PayPal system was not even responding.
Honestly, they have amazing deals and the Customer care lady tried to be helpful (couldn't do much i guess). The online shopping framework is so awful, that the whole shopping experience turns into a big annoying mess.
Honestly, after spending so much time (unsuccessfully) trying to spend money with them, I would strongly recommend future shoppers to try other platforms instead.

Today, 11 days afther ordering, I still didn't receive it. Their customer service is not helping and is not responding to several e-mails.

Today, 12 days after ordering, the order is received by me. When leaving the Hermes parcel service in England and handing over the parcels to PostNL in the Netherlands, it took only half a day for delivery. As OnlineGolf did nothing to inform me on the problems regarding the delivery, my poor score for them remains.
Good prices, wide choice... No complain! My package took a bit longer than expected to reach me: the carrier (Hermes) seemed to take a couple of days to move things from one location to another. Customers just need a bit of patience...
