Unreliable Delivery. The company they use for delivery
The company they use for delivery, DPD let them down. DPD say they have tried to deliver but nobody was home. That is not true. This happens often. They then take it to a pick up point which is miles from your home. I like online golf but this problem with DPD is understandably putting me of purchasing from them again.

Great item , at a super price combined with excellent delivery . The reason for 4 not 5 stars is that this is the second occasion I have purchased a cap then been given a refund due to unavailability . I would have bought different ones on both occasions if I had been made aware of the unavailability at the time of purchase but was not prepared to pay postage ( again ) just for a cap .

Short-changed customer
I ordered 2 polo shirts from Online Golf and added a pair of gloves to total over £50 and qualify for free postage. I was very disappointed to be notified subsequently by email that both shirts were no longer available, so only the gloves were delivered. I was reimbursed the full amount for one of the shirts but £2.06 short for the 2nd shirt, presumably for postage which in my view was completely out of order.
