As the parcel was picked up from our warehouse from Evri and it has not been delivered, we must raise an investigation to locate the whereabout of the parcel.

Wish I’d read trust pilot reviews before ordering for a second time. First ordered an item in February- item cancelled by online golf and refunded. Tried again at the weekend with a second purchase. As before monies taken, then online golf cancel and refund. Why advertise / have a website if stock list is not up to date. Will avoid in future.

Unfortunately, as our website is not live, we are not updated if an item is out of stock until the warehouse alerts us of this. I do understand that this is frustrating, and we try our best to update the website with the latest information but in some instances, variations can occur leading to orders placed that we are unable to fulfil. Once we are aware that an order cannot be fulfilled, we alert the customer and process a full refund back to the original method of payment.

an absolute joke of a company ordered 2 items trousers and shorts delivery cost of £7.90 !!! they them cancelled the shorts shipped the trousers and delivery still the same contacted them to cancel order they were unable to cancel or reduce the costs for your own sake save the hassle and use a reputable company for a company not to have a live website now is laughable as shows that you should take your trade elsewhere

Ordered Cobra Radspeed Wood in stiff shaft, received email the next day to say it's out of stock. Went on a few days later, still showing as in stock so ordered again, but received another email to say out of stock, even though was showing online it was available.
