Used to be great but not anymore!
Been in partnership over a decade. Used to be efficient, friendly and good access to Account Managers who knew you well. Unfortunately that's been frittered away by poor management! Not enough staff and nobody seems to give a stuff. Tickets get closed without queries being resolved. Timescales are not met. Complaints get pushed from one person to another with no resolution. Feedback system doesn't work, lead search system doesn't work anymore. And now they want you to pay monthly for this poor service.
Honestly their partnership procedure is very lengthy.They never respond on time and mostly give an easy excuse that they were on annual leave. Online direct should hire more staff to deal with their partners in a timely manner if they are really providing support services to consultants.
