I ordered a Gardena wall hose box. I did not receive anything. Carrier did not call me and I did not sign it at all. The seller claims it was delivered, but it was not. Horrible experience. I left without product and refund. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered, Paid, confirmed, then nothing
I ordered an expensive Kitchenaid mixer. I paid and got confirmation of the order. I sat back for a week, nothing happened. I had to send emails back and forth several times before they gave me a refund and said I should just order the product again because "my order could not enter their system" (What? Just force it in manually then! Don't bother me with your IT-issues). Of course coincidentally my product was "out of stock" so no re-ordering was possible. Bottom line: Stay away! Finger weg!

Never onlinedeal24.de again
Ordered a lawnmower on the website. It was shipped from onlinedeal24.de 2 days later via DHL. The parcel arrived at DHL and has not moved from the DHL for 1,5 week now.
No one can tell the exact reason for this, and the only answer from onlinedeal is that we must await and see what happens with the parcel - will it be returned, will it be shipped on to me.......or will it just sit at DHL for ever.
I give one star becaurse onlinedeal24 does respond to my emails, otherwise I would give 0 (zero) stars.
