Well, I did go back to your company via phonecall and WhatsApp as did my son, and was categorically told that all monies were between driver and learner and I would have to go back to the driver.
I did that and he was rude, defensive and hung up on me.
I also understood why my son was willing to accept the loss of his money because it was such an unpleasant experience.
I am absolutely devastated by the loss of our money. There is no point in emailing 'One Week Driving'. You take no accountability. If I had recieved a review as bad as the one I gave you I would have done anything to put it right and would have tried to help, all your response did was show that you are on the defensive.

My experience of Oneweekdrivingcourse was that it was extremely helpful in terms of getting to grips with driving very quickly. The ease of booking the course made this option very appealing to me as it didn't require myself to fit many lessons around my busy schedule. I was assigned my instructor (Nitesh Bhamm) quite early on, before my course began and was speaking to him prior to the course starting.
My instructor, Nitesh Bhamm, really prepared me for what I previously thought had been quite a stressful process. Within the first day of my course, I had down the basics and was driving on the main road with having no prior road experience under my belt outside of driving in an empty car park.
Nitesh gave amazing tips on how to become a better driver on the road and provided me with perfect reference points when it came to the manoeuvres of the practical test. I believe his teaching style really pushed me to become the best driver I could and pass my practical test with ease. I do not believe that I would've picked up driving as easily and passed first time as I did without the help from Nitesh. I highly recommend Nitesh Bhamm if you would like to pursue an intensive course as he is an brilliant instructor.
Although, the practical test did not come straight after my lessons, roughly a month afterwards (21/02/2025) due the delayed process of driving courses within the UK, I was thoroughly prepared by the intensive course and instructor to pass my practical test with 3 minors. This test was also done in an area I had not practiced in at all and I had no previous knowledge of any of the roads or junctions.
I would recommend this course to other people if you are capable of learning within a short amount of time through vigourous lessons. My course entailed 36 Hours - 6 days of driving, approximately 5 hours driving each day. It is very intensive and does take its toll, however if you can push through it, it is very rewarding and will allow you to pass first time like I did.
A recommendation to other people is that I would leave a larger gap between when you book your intensive course and the date of it starting. This allows the company to have a higher chance to book a practical test for you right after you finish your course. For reference, I booked my test at the end of November and didn't get my test for January after my course but got one (at the earliest opportunity 17th Feb). I opt to have a larger gap to ensure you can get that practical test closer to the end of your course lessons finishing.
But nonetheless, I still ended up passing first time which is an attestation to the driving course and my instructor, Nitesh Bhamm.
Thank you Nitesh for helping me pass and oneweekdrivingcourse for arranging my practical test.

my dad paid for a week course and driving test for my son. This all went well however my son failed his practical test at the end of the course. (this is all fine) however my dad then paid another £400 for a 6 hour lesson and a test re-take for the 21st august (it was booked for this day as my son lives with me in cornwall and would need to travel back to surrey for the re-take.)
On the friday before his test he had travelled to my dads and called the driving company to confirm his test and 6 hour lesson for the monday morning. The company then told him that they had no instructor and no test booked for him (as they sacked his previous instructor) and that if he wanted to do a retake he would have to book ANOTHER 6 hours on top of the extra £400 my dad had paid for another instructor to take my son out for 12 hours before they will book in another test and he will have to wait for another test date. All the while my son and my dad are now severley out of pocket and the company have refunded £63.00

This is not a driving school. They are an agency. They take your money and then contact local (?) driving instructors to see if they can fit you in. Given that there is a national shortage of driving instructors and all of the good ones have a waiting list you aren't likely to find a good one. In fact, if a driving instructor can fit you in at short notice there is probably a good reason.

Waste of money gave me an instructor who couldn't be bothered teaching me didn't want to do sat nav, local routes , even stopping to the side of the road and then when I had a test at 8 in the morning she was late I rang her and she was still in bed so yeh waste of money
Complete ignorance!
I was unhappy with their services!
Yes my instructor booked my course but he booked it 3 weeks later then it should of been, I read and understood that course may vary slightly but 3 weeks is a joke!
I was the one that had to go back and forth between one week driving course and my instructor to get it booked to begin with as no one contacted me and I tried on serval occasions to make contact with them and the instructor.
I sent my theory pass information as soon as I passed and waited weeks before contacting someone about a start date as no one contacted me and I was worried it had been forgotten about.
I Wrote loads of emails and phone multiply times to be told the manager is busy or was out. I requested a full refund because I was so unhappy with how things have been handled - I got a partial refund because I wanted to cancel my lessons but it's not my fault their service hasn't been up to standard!
* I have looked through all booking emails and cannot seem to find a booking reference number
Also have been trying to contact them to try get the full refund back but again just being ignored!!
I booked a 36 hour intensive course and was assigned to a driving instructor called badia. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and knowledge she passed on to me during my course. It was a really enjoyable experience and after just a week of driving with no previous experience I passed at the end of my course with 1 minor. Thanks to all at one course especially badia my instructor.

Do not use!
I booked a one week driving course the 1st day my instructor was late he insisted i paid all the money up front he was so rude, we could barely communicate he sat and ate food next to me the whole time i was driving and he didnt turn up at all after that one day! I had paid all my money. This was the 1st time i had ever drove and it has put me off for life to say the least. I contacted the company they said they would refund me then i recieved another email stating they were going to re book my course with someone else i simply said no i still want my refund they then send another email saying that i have a different course booked with someone else and nothing was said about my refund. I called the man who was due to do my course with me to explain it and he said its not the 1st time hes heard of this and i should push to get my money back but i never did. I had just turned 17 and had worked for months to save up for this course its really upsetting something so easy has been so difficult for me. So sad i never even got a reply or my money back 5 years later and im still worried to have any more lesson. As they have replied stating they refunded me i got one email saying i could have a refund i said yes please then the next email was the new course with the man i have mentioned previous! THEY HAVE NOT MENTIONED A REFUND SINCE I GOT NO MONEY BACK AND SPENT OVER £500 AT 17 YEARS OF AGE THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING!!!!!! As they have said they refunded me or tried to i have proof they never contacted me even after the hundreds of emails me and my family send i got no response at all
I Am so shocked you have come on here and just lied as i was never offered or did i receive a refund! Wow just wow! Disgusting behaviour

I was enrolled a student with One Week Driving in March 2019.
I needed practice in a car as I was already fairly confident in passing, so the instructor I received was great!
Constantly checking his phone, making calls and at times made it feel like he was a living sat nav.
Communication was sparse and criticisms were (although intended to be constructive) never really explaining how to improve, coming across as just plain criticisms.
My instructor then made me book a test, waiting until the day of the test to tell me to book lessons after my test as I will not pass.
I passed.
Did the instructor make a difference?
Barely.
Never got my money back from this company, they get their employees and instructors to write false reviews and give high ratings. Read the 1s and 2s for the real reviews.
Passed my driving test with Surepass, this company I would recommend.

Not even a 1 star
Not even a 1 star. The only ‘advantage’ to paying £400 is that you get ‘put into their system’ to get a faster test date - and theory tests are readily available anyway. The week you book isn’t a guaranteed booking, which really messes up any work commitments. We waited 3 weeks to get allocated an instructor who was just a regular instructor we could’ve googled, who had commitments and hasn’t always been available when needed. (Though he is great and just doing his job). When rebooking a theory test, you’re expected to pay again, at an inflated price when you can get the dates you want cheaper, direct on the DVLA website. If you’re thinking this is a dedicated driving course, dedicated to getting you passed your test, then it’s not. All I’ve got for my money is to be put in touch with a regular instructor and one theory test booked at an inflated price. I originally booked the ‘intensive one weeks course’ for the 11th November and I’m now back to square one.. booking my own tests as I don’t want to be paying the inflated prices to a company I have already paid £400 to for doing sweet fa.
Yes, thank you for your replay... Hide behind your Ts&Cs if it make you feel better. Bottom line is you have not delivered a one weeks intensive driving course, which is what I booked and paid for. The theory test was not booked In that week (when we’d discussed that my son would need one at the beginning with another chance to sit again if failed). You have charged £400 to make a call and book a test and 3 months later we are still faffing around trying to get it all sorted. You have failed in delivering what your website says. You are agents with a phone and a database and that is it and if anyone wants to PM me on messenger, I’d be very happy to give them my story.

Scam company, confirms your schedule, takes your money to get you out of cool off period, then doesn't deliver on the schedule and won't refund the money
Aurel was a great driving instructor who is very patient and thorough.
I've been through a few instructors and Aurel has been the best so far at putting up with my ugly mug. Thanks for the miracle that was getting me a pass!
Booked 2 courses about 4 weeks ago which they couldn’t provide many conflicting emails saying they could do it but turns out they don’t even do them in barrow happily took my £700 and I’m still trying to get a refund avoid this company at all cost

Honestly not worth it.
No communication between driving instructor and company. My instructor cancelled all lessons and refused to book more because too busy. They didn't find me a test even though I was on the phone daily trying to find a new instructor.
Also, you can get the exact same service by buying an £8 app which sends you notifications for cancellations in your local centre. Will save you hundreds of pounds. Buy the app and get a normal instructor.
My instructor James Hynds was great very patient and encouraging. Helped build my confidence massively. Highly recommended.
Great instructor. Taught me driving and built my emotions to succeed. Enjoyed him greatly and he was excellent. Thanks a lot Saqib.
Great driving instructor. Taught me the fundamentals and got me to a very good standard within a few short weeks. would highly reccomend.
