Stop claiming you offer free shipping and then charge the customer for it during the return!
I had to return an item due to the size being too large. I was OK with paying for the return label—I understand that not all stores offer that—but this particular one charged me such an amount that it covered both the initial shipping cost to my address and the return cost, so in the end I ended up paying for both shipping and return. Yes I didnt keep the item, but even in those cases, normaly stores charge for the return only. Wont shop here. Also start offering pickup also in copenhagen store if the item is there!
