While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This is for St Neots branch, just don't bother joining.

Joined in January 2024, sign-up was painful. Classes are always fully booked even a week out. The gym lockers were changed the other week to use the same fob as for entry, went today and still not working. You have to pre-book to gain access even for the gym, why?

Wanted to get a coffee for the cafe but thats 'shut until further notice'.

Then its little stuff like expected to wipe down machines but dispensers running out of tissue, toilets leaking in the mens.

Just awful.

Update lockers were supposed to be updated to work with membership tags, they couldn't get it working so gave up. Every time I go I have to ask for a card to use the lockers went today told they only have 1 card and that was lent out!

Cafe still shut (never seen it open in 5 months) can never get booked on any classes.

Joined another gym and the owner told me he was having lots of enquiries from oneleisure members looking to change gyms.

They are subsidised by Huntingdonshire District Council which means they can be incompetent and still commerically survive.
