Unhappy

No problem with the products or the prompt delivery with regular updates on the order.
However, I primarily went to Onedirect as they were the only supplier of replacement ear buds for my Poly Voyager 60 . Having selected the item into my basket, I went to checkout. I was surprised that I couldn't check out until I spent a minimum order value. Because I could not find another supplier, I felt I had no choice but to add a pair of ear defenders that took my basket value just beyond the minimum order value.
After delivery, VAT, my total came to over £43 for a £12 product.
Although I cannot fault the company on quality or delivery, I was left feeling cheated to get the item I wanted

Product finally arrived

Not the easiest process after two failed delivery attempts but finally got my radios today. Much harder work than anticipated though.

As requested, we rescheduled the shipment and resent the parcel to you without charging any additional delivery fees. According to the tracking information, the parcel has now been successfully delivered today.

Very poor.
Not convinced the phone works and one direct refused to accept it being returned.

As we explained by email, we are unable to accept returns for products that are not complete and do not include their original packaging, even if the product itself is working. The item needs to be resold, and without its original packaging and full contents it cannot be sold again.

Issues ultimately resolved properly

I placed an order with One Direct on January 20th, 2026, with a total value of over €1,200. Initially, the process did not go well: the delivery was delayed and communication was limited.

After posting a negative review, One Direct contacted me and took the situation seriously. In the meantime, everything has been properly resolved and the shipments are now on their way.

The start was disappointing, but the way the issue was ultimately handled deserves a more positive rating.
