do not right reviews but these boys deserve every bit of 5

I found this site while shopping for a new electric fireplace. We needed a 33" insert for the new condo. We decided to buy from oneclickmx.com since they offered the lowest price with free shipping and lowest price comparing to close to 100 other stores on google shopping. I phoned in to speak with their staff I spoke with Jeff and he was very helpful in answering all of my needed questions. I placed my order online after I hung up with Jeff. They immediatley sent me a confirmation via email which confirmed my order address and the total cost of goods which was exactly what was listed. no other hidden fees like most of the other online sites. We bought the classic flame 33EF022GRA which we love. Its amazing how much it saves us on our electric bill. I could not believe how much this fireplace heats our living room. It has dual blowers so you can put both blowers on if you want or just one. You can also set it on no blowers so you can only see the flame which is really nice for cosmetic reasons. Bottom line is we love the product and we loved the entire transaction with oneclickmx.com

I usually shop for the lowest price on the interenet. This is how I found oneclickmx.com but sometimes the lowest price companies are not the best with customer service. I must say oneclickmx.com satisfied me to the fullest. I am extremeley happy with the way they shipped my Classic Flame 26MM1404-C245 Alexander Midnight Cherry. They shipped it literally the same day i ordered. I called them first to verify stock and place my order. they sent me a confirmation via email within 5 minutes and later that day I received my shipping confirmation. I must say Sarah was very helpful and friendly over the phone. She seemed to actuallly know about the product unlike a lot of other companies. I have now saved oneclcikmx.com to my favorites and will be shopping with them in the near furture. THanks again for the amazing fireplace and the amazing discount you saved me. Absolutley Awesome!!! I placed an order online and I received an email saying my order was on hold. I called in and it turned out the fireplace I ordered was no longer avaialble and their inventory was off. It turned out in my favor because they offered me a more expensive classic flame fireplace at the same price. So I got a killer deal

I had a great experience. How I know they are a great company is I actually returned something for a different unit and they waved their restocking fee for me and only charged us for the shipping. It was our idea to go with a different item and they worked with us. They picked up the zen firebox and shipped us a Dimplex TFA36E and everything was great. They have the best prices out of anyone online and they are so quick and friendly and easy to deal with

I ordered a product that clearly indicated that it was IN STOCK. After purchasing, I was informed that it was back ordered. I said to the 'customer service' rep that if I couldn't receive it before Christmas then I wanted to cancel my order.
Two days ago I received an email that my order had been shipped! After a complete lack of response to an email AND a voice mail, the company finally responded when I filled out the 'contact us' form on their website. They have told me that if I want to return this order they will charge me shipping costs (on an 85lb item!) plus a 25% restocking fee (~$60).
I clearly understood that this order was cancelled. Customer service has been of no help; all they did was email me a link to the 'returns' page on their website.

Perhaps this company is great to deal with when a simple transaction goes through, but as soon as you actually need customer service, any real help goes out the window. Purchase at your own risk.

I placed my order last friday and received it Thursday of this week. Prior to placing an order I called and asked a few questions regarding the fireplace. I have spoken to Chris, we was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. The fireplace arrived in perfect condition and I LOVE IT! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

I would describe them as a reputable company they were helpful when I had an issue with parts on my bello tv stand. They are quick to make sure the customer is happy and follow through with phone calls and emails to make sure. I ordered a Beloo tv stand and it was missing the hardware pack they aired me out a new pack and I had it the next day for my AVSC2121 Bello stand.

I couldnt believe oneclickmx.com could offer suck low prices along with free shipping. They seemed to know everything and helped answer my questions. I bit the bullet and placed the order. My fireplace arrived 3 days later. We love it. Dimplex SAP500B is the Marana Fireplace we bought.

"I was in the market for a new computer desk and eventually stumbled across oneclickmx.com. I had never heard of them and considering myself a smart shopper decided to review them before placing an order. Possibly as you may have, I found some of negative reviews mostly dealing with FEDEX/UPS damaged. This made me nervous..but they had the desk I wanted and were significantly less expensive then anywhere else. By significantly I mean $150. Because of the huge potential savings I went against my normal judgment and figured if there were any problems I could just request parts from manufacturer.

I placed my order and they gave a 5-7 business day delivery estimate. My credit card was charged immediately and I was sent a confirmation email. I received tracking within 24 hours that I desk has been shipped.

I did have to assist the delivery driver in unloading the desk it came in two heavy boxes. Also the delivery was in a full size trailer truck instead of a FedEx style van. A nice touch is OneClickMX added rigid cardboard edges around both boxes to help protect them during shipping.

Ordered two SAP500C cherry finish electric fireplaces one for my condo and one for house. They shipped super quick and arrived factory sealed condition. I saved over 1000.00 dollars on both units. I will shop with these guys again.

Just simply an amazing company. I placed an order for a Modloft bedroom set and modloft tv stand. Everyone had the item back ordered but OneClickMX had it in stock. I called to confirm, the most pleasant guy informed me that they do have 12 units in stock and he would be able to ship the product same day. I received my order within 4 days in perfect condition for $600.00 less than everyone else was selling it for.

12-25-09 ordered large toaster oven, backordered, weeks go by, finally mid March 2010 shipped: TO WRONG ADDRESS. I rechecked my origninal order, yes I had done it correctly. e-mailed Jeff at oneclickmx several e-mails later, oneclick NOT going to ship the item to the address listed on my order form. Kelly upper management was to call me, no return call. Now I am stuck with this item in Mo when it was to ship to Lousianna! BEWARE ONECLICKMX THEY DO NOT PRACTICE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT, NOR CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES!!!

I found the tv stand I wanted at various different online stores, but decided to give OneClickMX a shot. I was wary about the reviews on damaged products, but I think that's a risk with any large furniture item being shipped. My tv stand arrived 2 days after I ordered it in perfect condition. I would order from them again
