We rented a lamborghini and when we returned the car the agent accused us of damaging the front bumper what was impossible. Unfortunately we didn't had any proof from the front splitter but these guys will scam you if you don’t have any proof. Costed us an extra of 6000 AED

We did got our deposit back.

Best in Morocco. Next time only this company not else. I recommend to everyone.

It has now been almost six months since I rented a car through this website. Their supplier haven’t payed back my deposit on 5000 aed, even though I have had contact with the supplier and they have told me multiple times that they would pay back my deposit. And the website oneclickdrive haven’t helped me much either. Don’t rent from this website!

AVOID AT ALL COST. Zero help from customer service. Canceled on me last minute providing NO alternative. They use generic corporate bull in every response like I'm talking to a robot. If you want to be disappointed and plans ruined then get in touch with them.

At first, travelling from the UK, I was hesitant about hiring a car in a foreign country. Especially travelling with my children. I dealt with Yousef from one click drive. He kept in touch with us from the day we landed at Agadir, Morocco airport and until we left at the airport. The airport to airport service was outstanding! The car was waiting when we arrived and the driver was waiting to pick the car up at departures. I had all sorts of worry’s from false damage charges etc but Yousef assured me they don’t work like this. An absolute pleasure. I will be using one click drive many times to come. We rented a Dacia SUV! From me and my family, thank you one click drive and especially Yousef!

They scammed me. Told me that i scratched the car under the frame. i couldnt prove them wrong but I was so careful. Total BS. Was supposed to be 1299 AED for 3 hours of Lambo time and they charged me 8675 AED.

Yassir who assisted me was responsive and helpful. The company has plenty of cars so you can easily get a car even in the busiest times.
There was a delay in delivery but I understand the Eid holidays are so busy.
The car wasn’t washed or cleaned either but I didn’t mind since I was solo driving and just for two days.

Mr yasser was very helpful very outgoing and helped to fill in my needs with the car I needed with the amount id like to spend answer all my questions and was there through the process step by step I recommend renting cars from them 100%!

My experience with One Click Drive was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. What was supposed to be a convenient rental process turned into a complete disaster. Despite receiving a confirmation, the car I booked was suddenly “unavailable” when I arrived. Instead, they tried to shove an old, poorly maintained car at me for the same overpriced rate.

Customer service? A joke. Rude, unprofessional agents with absurdly long wait times who couldn’t care less about resolving issues. The level of incompetence was staggering. And to top it all off, the pricing is pure deception. Hidden fees magically appeared at the last minute, nearly doubling the cost without any prior warning.

I felt scammed and completely frustrated. One Click Drive is a company built on false promises, terrible service, and outright dishonesty. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Total rip-off!

My experience with One Click Drive was nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, the booking process was a mess—confusing interface, misleading information, and zero transparency. Despite receiving a confirmation, the car I had reserved was mysteriously "unavailable" upon arrival. Instead, they tried pushing an older, poorly maintained model at the same high price.

The customer service was shockingly unprofessional. Long wait times, rude agents, and vague answers that left me more frustrated than helped. To make matters worse, their pricing is a scam—hidden fees popped up at the last minute with no prior notice. I felt completely cheated and trapped.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The price was clearly agreed upon via WhatsApp beforehand, but when the car was delivered, the rental provider suddenly claimed that the price was much higher. I had to argue and show the chat history as proof before he finally accepted it – but I still had to pay an additional 5% fee. On top of that, the provider was unfriendly and unhelpful. The most frustrating part: The deposit was never refunded, as they count on tourists eventually leaving and not being able to follow up. Absolutely not recommended!

First hand experience… Stay away delivered a dirty car when asked the driver said it was picked up from Casablanca and driven to Agadir Airport where I was collecting and then zero fuel when asked they said fuel station is nearby and the car seats which I requested during the bookings are still arriving …Overall horrible experience

I iniatilly had doubts about renting a car since I already had my own vehicle, however, driving during peak hours in Dubai can be sometimes stressful. I decided to hire a chauffeur service through a supplier from OneClickDrive and honestly it was easier than I thought. Found the perfect car and driver in no time.

Paid in advanced send all flight details. Driver never turn up on airport. Wait for him more than 1 hr.

I had an awesome time using the OneClickDrive app to rent a car in Dubai. It's really cool that we can use such a service for free. It was super easy to find a sports car to rent at a good price. But, the company I rented the car from wasn't the best. They didn't give me back my AED 2000 deposit even after I asked them many times. Thankfully, the OneClickDrive team stepped in and helped me get it back. I was really patient, but I'm happy they fixed the problem for me.
