My daughter purchased a bed frame from this company. It is appallingly made using the thinest and cheapest products possible. In fact, the products used are not fit for purpose for this application. It has failed in only a few months and they are claiming it was damged by my daughter? Appalling service and junk product. Please think twice before purchasing from this company. They sell rubbish and have no interest in getting involved when it breaks.

Hi Michael. Hope all is well. We could initially see that an object had being pierced through the inner side bed frame, where there is the thin black fabric which covers the side frame. This could have been from moving or from an actual wooden bed slat placed incorrectly. We have decided to fully refund the value of the product and the shipping costs and also provided a Onceit credit as token of apology here. This has already been refunded on the 22nd Oct and we hope this is a suitable outcome and we apologise. Thank you
Aliexpress quality clothing
Onceit has always had terrible quality clothes and my most recent purchase after not buying clothes for multiple years just reinforces this. You are better off buying clothing from temu where you can see the reviews from people before buying. Shocking that this place is still making a profit with the garbage that they continuously scam people into buying. Companies like this push people into supporting fast fashion instead of shopping sustainably.

I received the wrong product. Emailed customer service and got a response within an hour. Hannah was great at processing my request. As it was a Friday, I had to wait over the weekend for a response. Hannah was sure to get to me ASAP. My problem was resolved by the end of the day and got a refund.

They are impossible with sizing and the website is misleading. I’m busy with my second sizing issue, the first sent back and refunded, but on reordering the correct size it had gone up in price. 2nd case ordered a size 14 tracksuit pants and it arrived more like a size 20-22. I m trying to get a refund, but they won’t pay for return saying nothing is faulty with item and I can return but I will have to pay postage!!!! What a disgrace!!! I been calling and left a message, cannot get anyone to take the call!!! If that is not a sign of guilt!!

Wonderful Company to deal with. Fast, prompt communication and really great to have a phone number to talk to an actual person. Hannah was the young woman who helped me and she was so professional and very helpful. She is a great asset to Onceit. Onceit products are great and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommended and I will continue to shop with then. 10 out of 10.

Another bad experience with this…
Another bad experience with this company. I placed an order over a week ago and it still hadn’t been dispatched, i contacted customer service and they canceled it and refunded me… i just want my order i placed.. the sale is over so items aren’t there anymore. Absolutely zero communication from them now
Rude man i spoke to on the phone, they absolutely weren’t able to deliver in the time frame suggested as it was already past that and had no intention of sending anytime soon and WITHOUT consultation cancelled the order. Don’t come at customers with a fake spiel

As explained, we have just completed a warehouse move and we are getting back to normal efficiency with each day. You contacted us on 23rd July and you requested to cancel the order if it didn't ship out on the same day. We obliged and cancelled the order. I did explain on my phone call to you that all items were still available and I would also provide free credit to cover the shipping costs of another order. We are back to normal shipment windows now with a lead time of 1 -2 working days from when the order is placed. Thank you

Bad communication
I ordered two pairs of uggs 2 months ago and finally one pair got delivered, I had to call about the other pair and they said they were sending them separately, so where was the other tracking number and the communication around that?? The other pair did not get delivered, waited two months for nothing.

Hi Emily. We are so sorry we got this one wrong. As explained, our Everuggs Container arrived and we were undersupplied some units. I contacted the brand and arranged to get these units airfreighted directly to customers to not disappoint or let customers down. The supplier arranged for these units to be airfreighted and also provided tracking details. We only just discovered that you had not received your Uggs and can only assume these were lost in transit. Please accept our sincere apologies and we let you down here. We do hope you will give us another chance in the future. Thank you
Disappointed
Ordered something apparently it was delivered and it wasn’t, emailed but same response and still not received what I ordered. Have dealt with other online stores and have had better service. Will not be using Onceit again and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Hi Leeanne. Hope all is well. I can see that NZ Post lost your parcel with the Revlon - ColorStay Brow Ink - Soft Brown. I have reviewed all the communications here and I can see that Hannah from CS team has being following up daily with NZ Post and she has got no joy from them. I have refunded the full value of the parcel with shipping $ 17.99 and we will keep chasing NZ Post to get a resolution here. It is very difficult to have control over freight partners once parcels are dispatched, but we will always take accountability to ensure customers are kept happy. Hopefully this resolves the matter and apologies that NZ Post lost your parcel and were not assisting us in our investigations timorously. Perhaps you should left a review for NZ Post? We refunded you for the value of the parcel, even though NZ Post had lost it and we didn't even wait for the investigation or a claim to be processed. I think that is going above and beyond to remedy a situation beyond our control to keep a customer happy.

Hannah from Onceit support: highly recommend there speedy work and generosity for a order that unfortunately was damaged (no fault of Hannah’s) but she processed things in a timely manner which made the process a lot smoother. Just having the speedy response makes the process seem-less and not daunting. She needs to be recognised for this! Customer service isn’t an easy job at the best of times so props to Hannah :)

They are in the process of moving so things are a little slower than normal but I am just amazing at how fast their deliveries usually are.
