this company does not exist and charges 20.99 every 3 months. There is no way to stop them from taking this money. you will need to close your account or report a fraud claim every 3 months.

I signed up to a trial with On-tapp TV, safe in the knowledge that to cancel the trial prior to subscription i just needed to login and cancel subscription.
They never allow you to login, never provide any password reset and despite several attempts its impossible to actually cancel subscription.
Please dont ever sign up to this site, or at least ensure you have ability to login before putting in any payment details. I am now stuck going through credit card retrieval process. Save yourself the bother and dont!
